Food is ok. Tap beer was warm. However they were very accommodating since I was using a walker having blown out my knees a couple of weeks ago.
Greeter not well-informed. Area we were seated was hot. The salads were not cold & crisp. Server forgot to bring the chips until after the soup & salad. It's sad what has happened to restaurants since COVID. Every place seems to be short staffed & have new employees who are doing their very best while in training.
Wonderful food! Their mushroom and Swiss burger was super good and so were their fries. Our waiter was very kind and attentive as well!
The experience was decent for sure! I sat at the bar and the girl bartending didn't look old enough to smoke let alone serve alcohol?. She tended to me in a quick manner but was short with me. After an hour I decided to try a new beer and when I asked her some questions she had no idea how to answer them. There was a very nice gentleman sitting at the bar who ended up helping to guide me in making my decision. Overall a decent experience.
First time at a Chili's ever. So good. Excellent waitress.
I go here for there chips and salsa and fajitas. I can't remember ever being disappointed in the food, however I can't say that about the service. I have to think that there are some management issues at this location because so many of the wait staff are borderline crabby. Most restaurants have their good and bad days, but this place somehow has bad days everytime I am there. I can't imagine how much busier they would be if they were more focused on being friendly service providers instead of borderline crabby people. Maybe someone who cares will read this review and try to do something about it!Food good! Service marginal!
Excellent server, she was great, for many years I always enjoyed the Steak Fajitas, lately they have gone super crazy with spices.I don't mind spice, but when it overpowers the flavor of the steak, peppers and onions, that's not good
food was great and the music wasn't drowning out our conversation. highly recommend ?
My wife and I stopped for lunch and it was awesome. Our server Dianne was awesome. We will definitely come back again. Had a great experience.
Dinner in on a February evening. Seating area was cold. As I waited for my order, there were 9 people within my view who were all dining with there winter coats on.
