Good food at a good price
We stopped here earlier today for supper. We arrived about 4 p.m. A section of the restaurant was closed & they were only seating in certain areas. I believe there were only 3 servers working. We were literally put on a waitlist at 4 p.m. on a Thursday night. After finally being seated, it took forever for the server to come over to even take our drinks order. Once she finally arrived to our table, we went ahead and ordered our appetizer and our meal. Since we are rewards members we thought we were entitled to free chips and salsa but our server told us since we had a coupon for a free appetizer. we couldn't have any chips and salsa. Really? She was very nice and everything but the service was terribly slow. Don't plan on dining here unless you have a couple of hours to kill
They were very busy but still had great customer service and cared about our satisfaction.
Sounded appealing so I tried the Margarita Grilled Chicken. 3 filets of chicken breast cooked perfectly tender. Wonder why I cant get it to come out this tender at home. Topped with tortilla chip crumbles over mexican rice, black beans and tomatoes with a slice of lime that balances out the dryness of the black beans, Flavors come together well and I enjoyed the dish. A basket o chips and dip was also good as the salsa carries flavor and the lime flavor gives it a kick.
Our family dined here this evening. We had a nice experience. The service was polite and prompt. The food we ordered came as expected and had good flavor. The chips and salsa at this restaurant chain are a family favorite. The restaurant was clean on the inside.
Vary slow service. Also had happy hour at the bar but not at the tables. Didn’t find out until we ordered. Card reader at tables were filthy. Didn’t want to touch.
Ordered takeout tonight and we were extremely disappointed. Some of our sides were practically straight out of the fridge (cold). The corn on the cob was soggy (obviously frozen not fresh). Our entrees were acceptable, but not spectacular. The biggest issue we had was with our desserts... we ordered a molten chocolate lava cake and two mini chocolate lava cakes. We have always enjoyed their lava cakes so we got enough to share (as a family of 6). The ice cream came in separate containers which was thoughtful, except that the cakes weren't even heated. The cakes themselves tasted of chemicals/cleaning products and were inedible!! It is sad that we spent nearly $70 for food of this poor quality. I would not recommend this particular Chili's...
Great Food Great Customer Service and Beautiful Atmosphere ?
Great service and food was good. The 2 for $25 deal was great but alot of food! I had the ribs which were fall off the bone tender
Food was great. Our server was awesome . . . once we got him. They were seriously understaffed and not watching the entrance at all. After almost 15 mins of being ignored, we would have normally already been long gone. But, we'd had a long road trip and were going to the store just up the hill, so we "committed." It took my walking out into the restaurant area and very meekly asked a server I cut off in the aisle (Because none would make eye contact even!) ... asking if it was "Seat Yourself?" After getting a very panicked "Oh NO. It's not." response, we got a hostess after a couple more minutes. Once we got our guy, we were well-taken care of, but the lack of skilled management and the inability of the hostess to stay in the front of the house was creating a train wreck. We could see the entrance from our booth and with just casual observation noted at least 15 people in several parties of 3 - 4, who waited as we had, but walked out. After we asked our server to pass that info along to the manager as we really enjoyed eating there, and would hate for them to mismanage the place so badly it winds up getting closed, the flighty hostess very earnestly came to our table to apologize if she'd offended us. We were initially confused - assured her that WE were fine, but her absence from the door had lost them a lot of business that night!! We'll try again, but recommend that you announce yourself in the bar if you're getting ignored. It gets 110% better once you're in the hands of the wait staff and the kitchen.
