When you google coffee shops in Eagan you will get the Caribou in Thomson Reuters but it is for employees only and the snotty receptionist at TR did all but throw me out of the building. Very unpleasant person and reflecting an unpleasant company culture.
It's a really nice and calm environment to catch up with friends, they also have amazing coffee when your able to spend a little extra!!

Excellent coffee place which is inside my office building and serves a number of good premium coffee options (hot and cold), including some special flavors. This is personally a favorite of mine and should be recommended to all coffee lover.
I love Caribou coffee but in last couple months a decision was made to served "premium" roasts all day which are 80c more than advertised on the board. Additionally this means they bumped a standard blend causing a situation many days (like again today) that all that's available are light roasts (which are an abomination). Since free work coffee is a mere 50ft away I would expect sales to suffer. This caribou also refuses (I've asked) to do pour-overs.
Friendly workers, good coffee, even with a super long line it moves fast!
