Anyway my review for the store was ok the reason because I was thought I have two upgraded drink but unfortunately the online lady they're Screw up my account so anyway at least at the store you could be kinda nice to told me you can contact the customer service up and then here is your number. Oww problem solved. Not just told me i don't know anything until I was Google for the number by myself that kinda of bummer..
Guys they have pup cups so dont forget to ask for one! I usually just go for peppermint hot cocoa which I feel you can't go wrong with. Siblings love the frappes but I find them a bit too sweet these days.
Whomever is working the drive-thru mic is amazing. Gave suggestions and was by far one of the happiest employees I've ever heard! Love hearing employees excited about their job, makes the visit that much betterKeep up the epic work!
The workers are so kind and perky and polite. Wow! Having been in leadership for the past 6 years, I appreciate that caribou hires the right people. And the workers seem happy to work here. That’s priceless. They are efficient and got my order perfect. Clean lobby and bathrooms too.
If you are looking for an overpriced gas station style sandwich you’re in the right place. Good coffee though.
My regular spot conveniently on my way to work. One of the few that have been able to staff to run all day. Awesome staff who get my drink right every time.
Got a coffe and wanted some bakery items the cashier said we don’t have any bakery at this time. There was 2 girls behind me and gotta different cashier they got the bakery that the previous told me they don’t have it.I’m not sure if that was cuz of my color. Never going back again.

Worse caribou ever!!!! Never give me my perk points ever and NEVER put Carmel on my turtle mocha cooler when it clearly comes on it I drive to the next city just so I can get my order made correctly and get my points!!!!
I ordered a hot caramel high rise and I expected there to be caramel in it and there was not a single drop of caramel in there. When I pay $5 for a small cup of coffee I assume it to be what I ordered. Kinda disappointed for my visit time to this caribou.
