This is the best BK drive thru I have ever been to. Everytime I go for lunch in Eagan they have the best customer service. The food is always on par and warm. I did an online order today and even got the zesty I asked for after the order. Very well managed Burger king!
Food is tasty. Today was smooth here but it isn't always. Due to the corner lot the ability to go the direction you want to go when you leave may not be possible.
I pulled over for ER call right after ordering. Then clearly looked before returning to line as I made my way to the pick up window. Finally I get window the guy at window didn't say hello, he just began to yell at me & BK can't be liable for accidents. I was so off guard & he didn't stop. Just kept blasting me.
I work at a local business I don't drive so I set my manager there to grab me some Breakfast food when she got back she told me that the employees there were very rude to her in a through The bag of food at her this is unacceptable I would never spend my money there ever again
I ordered food here on mobile and when I pulled up they said they were closed. There are people still working there but they are closed. Disappointed I need my money back!Update: 1/15/22 yet again they were closed. This is my second time it’s 7:08 pm and they said they were closed.
The food was fine, regular level Burger King. The issue was with the staff, very unresponsive. The person at the window said 0 words to us the entire time, even after we thanked him. Probably still go here again, but wouldn't expect any decent level of service.
Best hamburgers I've had in a long time! I had 2 Big Macs for $6 what a deal absolutely excellent burgers well put together very nice staff great place to go eat I want to do it more often thank you Burger King is the best!

Fast service all the people complaining about the dinner room closed its called no one wants to work anymore. So quit blaming BK many restaurants still have closed lobby rooms. To the one that said couldn't wash his hands so gave it a bad review on that ever heard of hand sanitizer or a gas station to wash your hands..
