Was not impressed at all there was a 45 minute wait when you could see handfuls of open clean tables. Server attempted to make jokes but was completely rude. Appetizers came after the meals and server was shocked when out of the blue one of our orders was lost, made more untasteful comments and finally when the 3 out of the 4 of us were almost done eating a cold order was found and served. Don't waste your time, money or patience with this one. So upon writing this review Buffalo wild wings reached out and told me to go to their website with instructions so they could make this right. Weeks later I still haven't heard from these people. So corporate is just as much garbage as their employees. What a joke I will will never give them my back busting money to feed their inflated pockets again. Buyer beware good Americans
Gross over priced food, rude service & expensive drinks. We went to the Mad Cow next to this place, 100% better food, drinks & service! If you like over priced rubbery chicken go to BWW, If you want bigger fresh & tender chicken wings go next door to the Mad Cow. The pricing is similar but you get better food, better portions and drinks worth your hard earned money!
The service SUCKED. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food. Our appetizer and fries, never came! We had to walk behind the counter to refill our drinks because our waitress would rather chat with the people behind us than do her job. The only reason I'm giving it 2/5 stars is because I'll the admit, those cauliflower wings were pretty darn good. But by the time I received my food, it was cold and I was full off of water.
On Wednesday, they lied about the kids getting half off. I was just there two weeks ago, and the manager informed me that due of the pandemic, they had stopped serving kids' meals at half price. Despite what the website implies, kids eat for half price on Wednesdays.
I haven't been here since covid hit and decided to go today. Big mistake! As we walked into the lobby my son and I were the only ones waiting for a table. 20 minutes went by and there were at least five or six tables that had left. The two ladies that were working in the front were too busy talking behind the counter to clear off the tables and the front lobby started to get full of people waiting for a table. Finally when we got seated and ordered our food it came out cold. Our server also forgot to bring us napkins so I ended up getting up and grabbing some myself. This place used to be great but now I'm regretting even stopping by here. BonChon is a much better place than here and their wings are hot and crispy. I won't be bringing my business here again.
HORRIBLE! Ants EVERYWHERE, my family and I wanted to go out for a nice meal and we were greeted with ants all over the booths. When we asked to move to another booth there were only more ants. We were at three different booths all covered with ants, finally we we decided to move to a regular table, but the service manager decided to pay us a visit and extremely rudely scolded us on how we set up the table to fit our entire family and that it was a fire hazard. They never told us to move or that it was a fire hazard, we would’ve moved happily if the service manager had just told us that this was a fire hazard to have our table set up like this. Unfortunately they were very rude and we decided to leave. I hope they get it together.
Food was good. Service was not good. Waitress didn't bring our food out never came back to table. I had to go get our refills myself at bar. No one asked how we were doing or if we needed anything. Manager came by I asked for our tab never brought it 15 minutes later waitress brought it.
something has changed with the wings, half of our order of 60 boneless wings where very hard with no meat. kinda like pouring the last bit of cereal in the bowl. some tasted very funky.
Typical bdubs experience. The 5 star is because the excellent service the lady servicing the bar table area gave us. We were a group of 5 planned but only 4 showed up to be seated. It was going to be an hour wait for a table for 5, we took the bar instead and got a table. They let us sit all 5 of us at a table there as long as we didn't block the walking path.
Ordered a “6-wing” plate. I asked for all “flats”, which are only wings and no drums, which costs extra. I got 5, but was told that if I got another, no guarantee that it wouldn’t be a drum. “…But, I paid extra for all flats”. …. “Sorry. There’s nothing I can do about that”. Well, no problem. Instead of me and my 9 friends meeting here next week for a game, we’re now meeting down the road at another place. It’s the principle.
