we Haven’t been to Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream before right next to Dunkin Donuts. we got 3 great ice cream flavors they’re good.Recommended for everybody to try this at Eagan MN.
The non diary strawberry strudel had a really bad after taste the more I ate.
Great ice cream and a clean store. We ate outside and the space was nice. An employee even came out and asked if our dog wanted a whip cream cup (how nice!!). She brought him a small treat and cup of water. Employees like that make a good experience great!
Store shared with dunking donuts. You know its all good. They have a drive thru. There were 31 flavors of icecream, sherbert. Don't know what other reviewer was talking about. There were clown cones and icecream cakes. clean store

Update 6/11: stopped by for a Dunkachino. They gave us “coffee” that tasted like hot water. Stopped on the BR side - ice cream selection is poor. Snickers one I did have tasted like freezer burned ice cream. Disappointed.Didn’t get my free donut on donut day, even though we went few minutes after store opened.However, we visited again today and were very pleased with the service and the ice cream quality. My only complaint is lack of certain flavors (cAke batter or pistachio).

What? No rocky road ice cream???Update 6/24/21: Tried BR again and they really are not good at all. A simple scoop on top of very old & stale cone (hardly no ice cream inside the cone) and still no Rocky Road! McDonald's is honestly so much better... Interesting with all the negative comments, no one from BR has responded.... Won't ever go again....
Don't even go to the store. They dont have any flavors. I thought BR has 31 flavors and this one had only few flavors. Their website mentioned flavors that I was looking forward to but it was not there. Please don't go to this store. Cold stone has better options than here
Went here with our three teenage kids on spring break. Waited 5 minutes before we got waited on and they knew we were there they could see us We were the only ones there. Seem like they were out of a lot on the menu or said they couldn't make them. When my son asked for a Sundae Royale they told him they couldn't make it cuz it wasn't in their computer system to charge for. So I asked if they could just make it up and charge for each item separately and she said no that was illegal. Be at that's how she made my Sunday. there was three of them in there working and they all were rude and to top it off we were in there at 7:30 and online it said they don't close till 9:00 but they were already shutting all the lights off and closing up. And when I asked for spoons the lady glared at me and then went and got them. I wish we had read the reviews before we went there.
