*10am 7/27/22* Slow service. Worker said he was the only person there working. Clearly saw 3 others sitting around. Ordered #5 meal didn't even get the chicken that came with the sandwich. Sandwich was completely cold. They "don't have the meats"
Ordered food shortly before 9, they did not give my full order and would not come back to the window. The male worker on 6/21/22 looked at us and chose to ignore us. This place is trash, enjoy scamming me

No sense of following directions. Placed Online order for food w/ no Onions. Upon getting food, onions were present only on inside (Not visible) . As I'm allergic to onions this has ruined my day and now need to visit clinic. Thanks for not being able to follow food allergy requests.....
Food was made incorrectly. And bags were overloaded so that when I got out of the car the bags ripped and food spilled . Very disappointed.****add'l note*** Arby's customer service responded and apologized and said we'll send you some coupons to get more food. That's not what I wanted I wanted a full refund I filled out their survey and told them that . I have now contacted them an additional 3 times and I can get no response or help in getting a refund.***
To start off with if I could give this arbys no stars I would for one order was completely wrong and the person taking the order was the super disrespectful believe the name was sara.!!! Also the person at the window to pay snatches my card and didn't say hello or anything. I would suggest until they get better people I would choice else where.
Oh my, best consumer's service Shawn took care of us. He was funny and we as a bus load of kids can be annoying but he was a champion. He needs a promotion he visited with us on his break. Shawn is so dedicated I think he is way under paid he has the best service
It wasn't super busy, but when I got to the window the guy was short with me when I couldn't hear how much I owed. He practically tossed my order out the window (I almost dropped it) and slammed it shut. No napkins, no Arby sauce, no receipt. NO thank you. Well, no thank you back to you!
They literally close at 8pm on a Friday.
You can only do drive through and that can be a problem, I order the Ruben Sandwich with a coupon and a shake w/ Coupon told em that I had coupons. Didn't notice untill I got home and look at my receipt and they for got to use the coupon for my sandwich! So I call the store talk with the Manager on duty which he was really nice and apologize for the mix-up. Said to come in with receipt and they would fix it for me, went back in two days later with my receipt and the Manager on duty help I order two of their sliders to try and got em for free. I didn't see that coming so I my money back and two sliders for free. Now that's what I call good customer service ?!
