Nothing should go un-reviewed for the Sevice we get.Ordered curbside pickup, paid the tips (as they expect, every time I order), when I reached there at 9:03 PM and waited for few minutes, no one delivered at curbside. When I called, they said, they do not deliver at curbside after 9, which is fine for me. But they should write that at curbside location, so I do not just wait or the app should notify us, so I do not pay tips for curbside delivery.
Really made the birthday gal feel special.
I'm surprised that this place has a 3.9 star rating to be honest...the highlights were a good server named Joe. He stayed away at the proper times, appeared at the proper times and seemed happy. The Ranch dressing was made there fresh, and the booth seat was comfortable. The food itself was abysmal at best, and was WAY over priced. If you want the Applebee's experience I suggest going to McDonald's, ordering whatever food you like but pay double for it...even if you tip at 15%; you will still end up paying less, and the food will taste better and be better prepared.
Slow service. Food was good. Great manager.
I had some decent food. The appetizer combo is always good.
The Waitress was super nice, the service fast if you haven't try the Chicken AlfredoChild you don't know what you missing ? sauce so creamy and the chicken so tender you do get ur money worth. Try the Chicken Alfredo you can't go wrong!Thanks Applebee's
Food was okay. Service was okay not the best our server kept talking to other workers for like 15 minutes after we had finished when we were trying to get out check.
I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta bowl. It tasted more like a cheese and pasta dishes, there no sauce, the bowl was so dry and tasteless. While my husband ordered a club sandwich, which was so plain and bland. Applebee's has really gone down hill for a while. It's used to be very good. I was disappointed.
It's your typical family restaurant. A good place to go when you don't want to cook. The staff has improved greatly from a couple of years ago. We stopped going to the Eagan location for some time and decided to retry a few months ago. Maybe new management, but whatever changed, it's a better atmosphere (like it one was). I enjoy the monthly drink specials they have and my kids love the appetizers!
Show up at Carside To Go on time. After waiting 5 minutes with no service, I call inside because the sign in front of me says “Waiting over a minute? Call us.” A gentleman answers and asks for the name. He says he’s going to check on it and hangs up on me. I go inside and my order hasn’t even been started… 3 entrees with meat that need 10+ minutes to cook. The $40+ payment has already processed.
