Staff was very friendly. We have three kids so we are not always the easiest customers to deal with but she was patient and very helpful with there orders. I personally feel the food at these chain restaurants is never more then just ok and so no complaints it was exactly what you should expect. To me how clean the place is is what I notice and the table was wiped nothing was sticky bathrooms had just been cleaned and disinfected. Overall a good experience.
Always solid food with the early dine items and pricing in particular being excellent. Our waiter this last time was absolutely excellent. Chicken critters are great as is the chicken fried steak a d both are available for a great price on the early dine menu.
The steak was delicious, though I sent it back the first time because it was still "moo-ing" and I ordered it "medium". They were great about it and got it back about 5 min later and it was done to my liking. The blooming onion and sauce were better than then I expected it to be, which is always a delight. The staff was friendly and I was happy with their service. A definite place to go if you're in the mood for a steakhouse. The music was country, and not too loud like some places can be.
We were greeted and served by friendly and attentive staff. Hot food arrived in generous portions. Our meals were delicious.
I think our waitress was Britney? She had a tattoo on her arm that looked like an angel wing.. anyway she was amazing. Everyone was very kind, and a manager was actually on the floor being attentive. That is actually a big deal when the managers aren't just hiding in the back. The restaurant was very clean. The really big deal tho ... That steak. Oh. My. Good. Lord! I have eaten at the metropolitan steakhouse in Seattle Washington and the steak here was hands down way better! We will be back. Every chance we get.
I love their (rolls) bread with a cinamon butter. The meat taste awesome and the cactus blossom is an excellent appetizer. The T-bone is big enough, the sirloin you can choose between 6, 8 or 10 oz. And the shrimps are medium size but they give you 10. They serve fast enough, no matter how busy is the restaurant.

The prime rib was hands down the best we have had. The creamy horseradish was perfect! Our server named Mac was so kind and attentive! Definitely our best experience here!
Its loud, raucous and fun, in a safe place. You're going to get a lot of loud conversations, loud music, loud customers, and outfits that might be rodeo appropriate.You get what you pay for, and you're paying a good amount. That said, as a once a month place, this place is great.The food is great, the people are great, and the if this is your jam, the experience is great.
Always a great experience at this roadhouse location. It's my favorite restaurant to visit and I make sure I hit it up each time I come up!Polite staff, fantastic food, reasonable prices, and great atmosphere. Can't beat it.
