This review has nothing to do with staff or service because they are absolute perfection! Love this store!But if this can get to some higher part of the company, please send it. The Blonde Espresso machine is constantly down to the point that I think they need a new machine. It is obviously popular and it is down multiple times a week. Please fix it!!!
Had a hot citrus honey lemon tea... Was absolutely terrible. It made no mention of being sweetened. Was so saturated with sweetener I couldn't even drink it.
I stop here on a regular basis. The staff are great and I very rarely have any issues. If I do they always take care of it right away.
As usual, a great place. Fast service no matter how busy and helpful employees. Inside is beautiful and well kept.
Much better staff at current time. I used to dread going to this location due to slow, rude staff. But, now it isn't an issue at all. Whomever is running the show now is either a much better manager, employees way better or combo. Regardless, I used to rate this the worst in town and now it's not even in bottom half of worst
My pink drink for sure had poison in it!! And the chocolate crasont had poop mixed in! I WILL BE GOING HERE AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stopped at the one in Central Entrance drive threw for the first time ever for a Pink Drink. There was no strawberries, it barely has any flavor what so ever. I guess I should have gone in so I could have micro managed how they made this drink. They clearly did not follow the recipe. Will not go back there.
Line is always moving quicker than the locations back home. There’s also a lot more politeness.
Awesome customer service!I walked over in a mild blizzard from the hotel next door to get, what I knew would be, a much better cup of coffee. My go to is usually a small business coffee shop, but I was desperate. The staff was very warm and inviting. Kimberli is an employee there, she was incredibly kind and even went above and beyond to not only get me some chocolate coffee beans, but to engage me in conversation. I felt very welcomed and the coffee hit the spot! Yummm
