Don't be misled, the advertisement says "Dine-in" and I drove 3 hours down to meet friends driving up, and we went way away from Chipotle to go to Qdoba, and guess what.... Lobby Closed!! But feel free to order online... POS's!!

The burrito is a mainstay of my diet. The second day after moving to Duluth, I stopped at a competing burrito chain that totally blew it, and I was bummed. Wondering if Qdoba could rise to the occasion, I stopped in today to find a perfectly clean dining room, friendly staff, and a full-strength stuffed-to-the-gills burrito that was wrapped so tight I didn’t spill a drop…and real talk, for years at chains like this, I’ve ordered a bowl with the tortilla on the side so I could wrap it up myself with tender loving care- but I felt good vibes walking in here, so I ordered a burrito and put my trust out into the universe. It paid off! Delicious. I’ve got my burrito quick-stop spot on lock now. Thanks Qsquad!

Sometimes I crave Qdoba and they satisfied my craving. One male employee was rude to us because we didn't quite understand how to order.

Ordering online from here should be avoided. Portions will be smaller and I've been fine with that on previous orders. My most recent order tonight April 2, 2022 was to far though. I literally got 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Not happy with online ordering at this location.

Haven't finished my fajita bowl and I need to make my review .... Not good at all... Queso Blanco is orange. Meat is better at taco bell, honestly..... The best part about the food was the pickled onions..!!! 2 stars for the workers doing a decent job as they're sweeping an keeping things tidy without intrusion on people dining......

as much as I love the food. the service here has only gotten worse. i have had 2 encounters now with terrible attitude from employees. most recently, I was told to put on a mask (despite the mask mandate being over) which i was not upset about and I am happy to comply with businesses requests. However, after being told to put on a mask, two separate employees in the back were not wearing masks as they were making food. To me, this seems unreasonable after you request your customers to wear them. The part that seems even more unreasonable is the fact that this came from someone who seemed to be the manager. Great food, but I won’t settle for the bad service from your employees, let alone upper management.

Placed an order for pickup and went there when it said order was ready only to be told it would be an additional half hour past when it said it was supposed to be ready.. for one burrito. So a total of 45minutes. So FYI don’t order on the app, just go inside to order.

I love qdoba and have been coming to this store frequently for a long time but I can say this last visit was the worst I have ever had. I got a bowl but the lady putting it together put half of what they normally do everytime. She also tried to give me the wrong sauce and made the comment of "this is just how I make mine" before fixing it. The chips were stale. They wouldn't give me extra queso. The portion and quality of food that I was given this visit was NOT worth the price I paid for it all. I am very disappointed and usually never am.

Food was good but the lady was mad at me because I didn't order the quesadilla before ordering the burrito. Could use work on customer service but I don't expect much from college kids I guess.

So my family is not easy as we have sensitive Celiac. The staff initially was a little put out as we asked them to make our meals in the back of the restaurant. That being said, once they understood the woman who waited on us was very good. She listened to our needs and took care of us. When traveling with celiac, food is very difficult… they were very good, listened, and did it for us. Thank you.The restaurant was not clean however. We bring Clorox wipes with us, so we cleaned up our area. Some places to improve, but a lot of things right. Thank you.
