Food wasn’t bad what there was Minimal food was out Zero Lettuce for salad bar Had to scrape the bottom to get my grandson potatoes They did put more pizza out It was 330 but don’t charge us $37 if you’re not gonna put food out Very disappointed
Buffet only had 6 different types of pizza. Not the typical buffet with numerous choices. I will stay with Sammy's pizza, might cost a little more but worth it.
All you can eat with plenty of options! Convenient when all 5 people in your party are craving something different, this is the perfect compromise! Arcade area is always appreciated when 3 of those 5 are children too!
Used to be my favorite.... to often now the pizza is cold or not stocked when even slightly busy. Food is good when hot and stocked though. Chicken is also amazing. Staff is friendly.
Awesome staff and awesome food
We really like pizza ranch !! But the last few times coming to the Duluth location has been very disappointing the food just don’t have that great fresh and hot taste !! We usually give a place 3 strikes Well they strikes out
We were there this morning for brunch for the first time.. The staff was good, the place was clean, but the food was mediocre at best with the exception of the chicken strips. In all honesty we have had better complimentary hotel breakfasts. We have enjoyed the lunch time buffet but won't be back for weekend brunch.
Place is horrible, advertising stuff they don't have any find out after you pay a hefty price. The chicken smells off enough I couldn't tell you how it tastes. Employees are super nice and accommodating you can get a sense of there doing all they can and have been dealing with a lot of complaints out of there control.The owner was there when I went to complain and Jeepers what a tool this guy is in a caliber of his own like nerd alert. The games half work and the prizes are in impossible ticket range like a carnival. Very disappointed. I feel for all the employees there going to be looking for a new place to work if this keeps up.
If it weren't for Amanda and Maddie there would have been one star. Those two were great. However, the food was awful. Tables were dirty as well as the consistent lack of pizza. When I go to a pizza buffet I expect to be able to get pizza! Not wait in line for 20 minutes for ONE pizza to come out that gets taken right away by the people ahead of us. YOU NEED TO GET BETTER UPPER MANAGEMENT! it's as simple as that.
This place is not run well. Staff are nice but it's clear it's an upper management/general manager issue. The pizza sucks. The chicken is ok but not worth the price. You'd be lucky if there was more than 3 slices up there. Yet another restaurant that's going to die at the mall.
