My son brought "his money" to pay for the pizzas under his name. The employee really made him feel like such a big guy! Great customer service!
Dined in this afternoon and the pizza was great. Especially liked the boneless wings. Service was great, too.
Our order took over 90 minutes to arrive. According to the driver it was all ready to go but sat in the kitchen because there were no bags available. Dumb.
I was informed after I had paid online and arrived for my order that they were out of dough and my pizza was not made, nor would be made. I felt I could have been told before my scheduled pick up. Not after I drove out there.
I never got the blasted pizzas that I ordered for 3 families with kids. They were all borderline crying while my husband was on hold to figure out why the place was locked up when he got there since delivery isnt an option anymore. You took our order online, and google says you're open. How messed up that you want us to order onlike and then screw us over?? I'm not happy at all. Loads of crabby kids, and I ended up making pizza for all of them when I have other things to do. What a joke. Figure it out guys. Also, the payment still went through! I paid for a headache apparently, because I can't get a hold of anyone. All my friend switched to different pizza places and I have been close to switching 3 times already. This is the 4th. I'm done wasting my time
I ordered online and paid. Was told it would be ready at 11:20. Went to the store and the door was locked. No one was inside. I called and called no answer. Finally spoke to customer service and they could not get ahold of the store either but said it was suppose to be open. Around 11:45 someone finally showed up and opened the door. I asked about my order and was told it was coming they were behind schedule. I never did get my order.

Actually cut the breadsticks, arrive while food is still hot and dont forget my 2 litre. I understand being short staffed, but delivering cold, uncut food and not even the whole order?
we ordered food and it never arrived and then we called and they said they had no drivers to deliver after waiting for over an hour. Very dissapointed and i will never give a good review. very disatisfied.
