Whould be 0 stars if i could. I Ordered online paid will cash, pizza was under cooked & the pasta was over cooked an hard. Me an my sister Got food poison the next morning an couldnt go to work. Had to re-bake the next day an after that i wad fine. I work for a pizza place an this is trash. I will NOT order from this location anymore. Cook ur food right or get shut down. Call 2x ( 1st time i was on hold an got hung up on ) to let them know what happened an got a rude respons. Train ur employees better.
Waited around 30 extra minutes for our pizzas that we called way earlier about. We had to wait a long time, the staff used their bare hands to throw the toppings back on the pizza after cutting it, the attitude of the staff was unprofessional, and the delivery person had a dog in the delivery car. Not a clean place either, lots of room for improvement.
Waited outside on a contactless delivery for 10 minutes, didn't see a single employee up in the front of the store until other customers walked inside and proceeded to stand there with no service for another 5 minutes. I then decided to go inside because I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for my food. After picking up my food they not only didn't have the 2 liter I wanted, they didn't cut the breadsticks at all, and there is zero sauce on the pizza. They put it in side cups. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not order from this location again.
My food was arrived when I was told it would. They followed my directions as well. Most times when I ask a pizza shop that I want lite on the sauce they usually ignore it but not MY Pizza Hut!
I ordered my food and drink online. Made the drive from superior because it should’ve been done by the time I got there. Turns out they didn’t even cook my whole order. So I had to sit in the dark in the store for another 20 minutes. And it also turned out that they didn’t have any bottles of the pop I ordered in the refrigerators because someone forgot. So they gave me a warm bottle.
The manager was so nice he gave us our drinks for free, and gave us a coupon and gave us 12 dollars off. I highly recommend this place. Will come back soon
Ordered pan pizza with EXTRA pepperoni and mushrooms. Received NO extra pepperoni. Pan ceust was VERY thin (more like a hand tossed crust) and was excessively greasy and undercooked. The pizza was NOT CUT. Finished cooking pizza at home. Will not order another pan pizza IF I ever go back to Pizza Hut. Changes to Pizza Hut the past few years have NOT been good.
Ordered on a crazy busy day with snow on my driveway, driver made it all the way up and was even apologetic for the wait. Pizza arrived very hot and in a super reasonable time frame.
