We ate breakfast here at 7am on a Friday morning, having just stayed at the Edgewater hotel down the street. Standard Perkins. Great view of the lake if you're sitting by one of those windows. We had the place to ourselves, so let the kids look at the maps of Lake Superior on the walls. All our food came out quickly, was cooked, and had ample condiments. Bathroom floor was sticky, never sure if that is from too much soap in the cleaning water, or from being dirty...
Our evening breakfast was served deliciously hot.The food plating and presentation was delightful and appetizing.The waitress and host were extremely kind and went out of their way to make sure our dinning experience was extraordinary.The staff at this restaurant surpassed my expectations through Reputable service, dignity and dedication.The establishment appeared well cared for and clean.Date & time of visit: May 23, 2022Approximately 8:30 P.M.
Easter dinner.....my fish was ok as were my fries....the kraft mac and cheese was a dried out glob of unedible....should have never left the kitchen for a guest. Hoping for better luck next time
My grandkids love coming here - the menu has lots of options (you can't go wrong with anything on the breakfast menu) and the customer service is always great. I love that they have a 55+ menu as well as a kids menu. We usually come on Saturday morning around 9 or 9:30 am and have never had to wait for a table. All in all, a nice choice for anyone with kids.
Jordan was amazing! Not only sweet but very efficient with our order and through our whole dining experience! She should get a huge raise and promotion she deserves it and that coming from our experience!!
Perkins is good at always being Perkins. I know what to expect and typically even have an idea of what I want prior to even walking through the door.

Portions are half what you remember them being back in the day. Friendly service. Great lake views. The entire building needs a full redo. The bathrooms are a hole.
The service was as one is use to from Perkins. Our server was a really sweet lady (can't remember her name) but was great even with it packed. The only negative thing was the hash browns where super greasy. Super minor thing to a great brakefast!
Waitress running the whole place by herself, she never lost that smile. Give her a raise! Her name was jordon. what a calm sweet girl. Kudos for sure
