This is the worst we have ever been treated, got seated by the hostess, was asked what we wanted to drink then waited for 20 mins and still didn't get a drink, went to ask the manager on duty for our drinks and still didn't get our drinks. Then the server Rachel finally shows up to take our order and was so nasty and snatched the menu's from the table as she proceeds to tell us they are short handed which everyone is, but you could've brought our drinks but instead told us we could leave
My daughter her husband and myself have breakfast there every weekend. It's become a tradition, the breakfasts are great. Service is friendly, sometimes there is a wait but they move people through pretty quickly
Ive always like perkins restaurants. The staff and food at this one was very good. Food was brought out super fast and the waitress always checked on us to make sure we had everything that we wanted. Very friendly atmosphere.

Completely not cooked the top is totally raw. Do better.
Just moved back to the area from NC and really wanted Perkins since they do not have one down there. Everything was great until my husband got half way through his skillet and the meat was completly raw and tasted rotten. He usually likes rare steak so it was not because it was rare. The manager saw him spit it out and asked if my husband was done. My husband said he was done because it was bad and rotten. The manager said nothing. When we received our bill we told the waitress that we only wanted to pay for half of the skillet since that was all he ate. The rest of the food was good so we did not ask for any discount for that. The manager Don told us there was nothing wrong with the skillet and refused to give us half off of it. We will be calling corporate and will never return.
Great service and good breakfast food. I usually just have breakfast there.
young white gentleman that was my server in the evening was fantastic with a true professional best later I can ever remember having steak was good and everything else was good the orange juice was a little water down but I was still really fast bye because of the excellent labor and the when it felt going down.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM -5 STAR I WOULD!!! ?DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY!!!! The waitress wanted to argue because what I was requesting to order didn't have lettuce on it. The POINT IS- IM ALLERGIC TO LETTUCE. YOU CAN NOT TOUCH IT!! I get severely sick if LETTUCE is even TOUCHED!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!!This is the 1st Perkins I have EVERhad an issue with!! I got up and left because of the waitresses disrespect!!
I tried calling this restaurant an hour and a half before then closed to place an order for pickup and they couldn't even be bothered to answer the phone!!!! Great way to run a business!!!!
