The food portions were ginormous! All feel good home cooking meals that when your done eating you feel good. Dine out was perfect for our busy schedule.
They made my sandwich wrong so they made me another one that was half the size & gave me a box to keep the wrong sandwich. I donated the sandwich to a random person on the side of the road. I appreciate that they didn't take the sandwich back and throw it away because I absolutely hate wasting food and feel horrible when people mess up my order and then food has to get wasted. Anyways only four stars because I got the pick two and the sandwich is already a half sandwich so the size of the bread I put it on top of the wrong sandwich and it was literally a quarter sandwich the one that they made as a remake for me. I don't eat that much so I don't really care but I feel like as a business model that's not a good idea considering how much it cost for a half sandwich especially when it became a quarter sandwich.
We went there with friends for a Sunday brunch, it wasn't busy. It's now self-order, we had trouble with it as we wanted a guest check in, not to have to create an account. A staff member had to get the manager to help us, by that time it was 11:03, we couldn't get any breakfast items, we were 3 minutes past the cuff-off time. The manager/staff wouldn't let us. It took over 10 minutes for us to figure out the self-ordering system and get it to work correctly. Plenty of staff around that could have helped us. We just left. Very disappointing.
Food is really good but experience the past year is that wait times are long and orders not prepared right. Waited 45 minutes in the drive through for my food only to get home and find out they gave me the wrong sandwich. Returned to the store because they don't answer the phone during peak meal times. I was told I could wait another 45 minutes for the correct sandwich or get a refund...no thanks on more waiting. This isn't the first time this has happened. I'm considering not returning.
great good, friendly staff. Corporate so if you've been to one, you know what to expect. With that said, they do a fantastic job at replicating the Panera brand.
The drive through was closed, I assume due to short staff issues. I went in to order, and nobody told me there was going to be a long wait. I waited over half an hour for my food and it was way overpriced.
Always seem to be out of something.. last time they didn’t have any of the green goddess dressing! Now this time out of avocado(which is in both my salad and sandwich) and yet they still charge the same amount..? It’s one of the most expensive things on the salad and the sandwich and you’re not able to have it! There should be a discounted price for that.. you pay an arm and a leg for the food as it is! Not impressed! :( Pretty tired of coming just to be disappointed each time.
I have ordered through this location multiple times and always have something messed up. Pretty disappointed that I can't eat before work... the last 2 times has been the same mistake. Might want to double check your food before you leave this place. Asked for no mayo and both times got quite a bit of mayo.
Second time ordering rapid pick up with the same results. After arriving at the time it said it would be ready (over an hour from when I ordered) I was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. Looking around the restaurant it's not even a quarter full.What is the point of rapid pick up if it's not rapid. Not to mention the smoothies they made for my order they "hadn't started yet" were already melting. They are so short staffed and disorganized. Plus, the kitchen is a mess. Pretty disgusting. I won't be ordering from there anytime soon. I feel bad for the people working there but management needs to get it under control.
Tiny portions and incomplete order.Full sandwiches here are half sandwiches from other places with very little chicken or avocado. I also did not receive my chips. The cup of chicken and rice soup had literally a SINGLE PIECE of chicken with a few specks of rice and veg. The mac and cheese was 3/4 full.I ordered from Ubereats -- otherwise I would be returning the food for a refund. Paying over $40 for this meal is robbery. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
