What you would expect.Nice, family friendly pizza place. Good pizza!Lots of seating. We went at peak Saturday night dinner time. We had great serve. Very busy and food still came out fast.
Food was excellent. I had the fried pickles with Thai chili sauce and the meat pie old Chicago deep dish pizza. Server was friendly and attentive. Overall service was a little slow though. Not the servers fault as she was the bar tender, hostess, server and runner. I would recommend if you want to have a beer and some pizza and apps. Place is also kid friendly.
WARNING! This is not Chicago style pizza! It's funny, they serve it in a deep dish tray and the crust isn't even deep dish. It's very comical. Although the pizza tastes good, forget this place and go across the street where they sell REAL Chicago style pizza.

I am reviewing this store as a delivery driver. These guys have taken their customer service to a new, great level. They recognize you as a driver as soon as you walk in the door, and they're on it. They ask you who you're picking up for, then they run and grab it for you and bring it right to you. Very helpful staff!! They have a great system, great food, and a great staff!! love this place ?
We arrived relatively late on a pleasant Sunday evening and were seated quickly. There may have been ten other customers seated at the time of arrival. Our waitress was pleasant and cordial and orders were taken as expected. I’m guessing the kitchen was short staffed as our orders came intermittently over quite a lengthy period of time. As we were not on a time crunch, this did not interfere with other plans, but the food came to us slowly.
Very good pizza, a bit spendy. Gluten free options are available. Kind customer service. I haven't had a good pizza in a long time. Was it worth it? Yes.

The service was very professional. Two of the pizzas came out promptly two of them came out approximately 30 minutes later with one of them overcooked. The high rating comes from the server (5th day on the job) was very apologetic, kept checking on the order, and giving us updates. Managers came out also very professional and apologetic. Thank you Old Chicago staff for saving a potentially negative experience for first time customers.
Gentleman bartender on 2-26-22 was awesome! Made great blueberry cosmos and great friendly service! Kitchen did a wonderful job with pepperoni rolls, YUM!
