Good burgers. Love the old fashioned drive in experience. A little pricey.
One black girl on the grill keeping the place running. No one was helping the new boy on register so I just didn't get what I wanted. All the other (white girls) staff was on drive thru and gossiping like it was their job. I was given a small cup on purpose and the manager (white girl) was very rude about giving me a bigger cup. She looked at me crazy and only one sauce for all of my food. Horrible experience lazy people and dirty tables
We went here when we did a family trip with 3 kids to Duluth from the cities and Kelly was awesome. She gave us our food. Apologize for the order taking a while due to rush hour. Was super kind and friendly. And went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I will definitely come back. And there ice cream machine works ? Thank you Kelly!
Soggy fries…how in the 2022 do you get soggy fries doesn’t make sense to me I think they need to get paid more to serve those soggy fries. 3 fries with 3 meals ALL SOGGY!
The West Duluth McDonalds has lost it. Since Covid started they have put less and less tarter sauce on the fish sandwich but raised the prices and charge 50 cents more then they use to. The big Mac, where is the the sauce on that now? Well I took the sandwich apart and found what appeared to be maybe a teaspoon on the whole sandwich and again they have raised the prices on the food. Before covid I use to get 3 happy meals and 2 big mac meals for dinner for the family all under 30 bucks. Today it cost 37 bucks and no sauce on the big mac. What a disappointment they have turned out to be. I will go to Burger King instead now.
Very neat. Never ate at this location, don't plan to, because ew, but had a meeting in the lobby. Very neat and clean. If i ate garbage, id definitely eat it here.
McDonald's has these huge self-serve kiosks to take customer orders and speed up service. It would be convenient if the kiosks worked. After about five minutes of standing there, pushing buttons, and finally getting to review my order, the total was well over $120. The kiosk was charging menu price for a breakfast promo. I canceled the kiosk order and went to place my order at the register. Every employee I saw in McDonald's that day, had their backs turned and were chatting to each other. Upon getting the attention of and explaining what had happened at the kiosk, the employee shrugged and told me they "usually don't" work. She was great, really. She took my order, with promos applied, I paid...then came the part where I checked my order before leaving. Sandwiches and hashbrowns were missing. The employee was apologetic and we left with the order we had set of to get in the first place. I don't see how an ordering system meant for speed and convenience can ever replace real customer service. The kiosks are a waste of time. One last thought...the food was terrible! Worst presentation I've seen, half-wrapped, with the contents falling out of wrappers, hashbrowns completely stuck to the wrappers. Overall it was a real disappointment. No plans to ever go there again.
The way the yearly shamrock shakes get made hasn't changed in decade's but the current size and price has become way beyond reasonable. I begin to wonder if making them at home might become more cost effective?I've been a happy customer for years until this issue came up.
This place was clean fast efficient what McDonald's you think should be like food was good Bam not like most Good job all around
Got home after paying almost five dollars for a egg and sausage muffin just for the muffin to be burnt and rock hard. I used to work there I know how it works..and I know the cooks seen it was burnt. Rude and careless they don't care. No I'm not coming back by time I get there yall be on lunch..No I don't want your petty coupon!!! I want my money back. I took a picture and will show people what trashy food you are selling..
