I don't care much for fast food especially McDonald's but the kids sure love it which is my only reason for ever going.
Ordered lunch on 7/5/22 and they missed many items. Angela walked around disrupting our meal and made our stay very un-enjoyable she was talking but No one was there. Fries were cold. Seagull attacked us while we walked out with our fries. Do not recommend go anywhere else very unsatisfied.
If you have somewhere you need to be and decide to make a "quick stop" here, just know you're making a big mistake. I've lost count of how many times I've stopped here on my way to work, only to have to speed away to make it on time because this store took 15 minutes or longer to process a simple order! Just last night I went through the drive-thru to get a cup of coffee on my way to work. Paid for the coffee, only to sit for a solid 10 minutes with ONE CAR ahead of me, before having to speed away to get to work on time.Bottom line: If you have all day, then this place is alright. If you're on a schedule, stop somewhere else.
Fast. clean. It's McDonald's. They do have the kiosk ordering system in this one.
Went in to order...I get that everyone is hiring and it's hard to find employees but we stood at the counter for 10 minutes or more watching everyone work the drive up.Employees would look up at us but no one said anything. Not even hello, I'll be with you in a minute. We left....
McDonalds is McDonalds. Fast food cuz your on the run. I do however have a liking to their little onions on their burgers. Make them taste so good.
Worst experience ever. Just terrible! I stood inside for 10 minutes at least, several employees standing together talking and three looked at me and yet nobody would help me. I will never go there again!
Ordered a breakfast biscuit at drive thru, paid, then was told at pickup window to drive around to the other side where I had to wait in a car line 10 minutes to get my biscuit. If I had known that I'd have just ordered an omelet to go from Perkins practically across the street.
One time I went through drive thru, and they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I was waiting where they have you pull up for 20min and no one came out to give me the correct order. The lobby was closed at this time due to Covid, but I went inside to see where my food was. They seemed confused when I brought up my order like they didn't know what I was talking about, but I go wait for another 15mn outside. Finally I go in p****d off and ask to talk to a manager. They went and got my order ready on the spot, but before this, no one was working to get me my food while I was waiting outside for 30+min.
This franchise has always been poorly run, however, tonight they reached a new low. My plain hamburger was wrapped oddly and thinking nothing of it I took a bight. It was obvious immediately that it had been dropped on the floor as sand and small rocks started crunching in my mouth. Upon opening the burger at home I verified it was covered in debris. Stay away from this location for your own health. I will be reporting this to the Minnesota Department of Health on Monday.
