I went through the Drive Thru at 8:41 am. I ordered a McGriddle meal and 2 burritos. Not only did it take 15 minutes to get my food, but my order was also missing items. I didn't receive the hashbrowns or the sauce. I know it seems small to complain about but I'm charged money for those , and the restaurant should fulfill their promised goods for the money they receive. When I called the number listed on the receipt if I "experienced promblems", they expected me to drive back to the store , while it was still breakfast time, to get the items they forgot. I work. I can't make it back to them, and why am I spending time and gas money to remedy their mistake? Very disappointed. I will not be back.
Went through the drive thru before a movie. They messed up the order, the fries were cold, and they forgot sauces for the chicken nuggets. When I phoned back to tell the manager, he started, "what do you want me to do about it?" And followed it up with a sarcastic, " I can give you a coupon for two free sauces" and started laughing. When I told the employee I would be contacting his manager, he stated, " I already did, it isn't a big deal. " I contacted corporate and they said someone would get in touch with me. I have heard nothing back from them. Also, buyer beware, there were energy drink cans and employee drinks with straws just sitting around on the counters by the food. I will not go here again.
very disappointed with this location. they never answer the drive thru. i have waited by the screen for over 15 minutes a couple times just to get someone to answer me. pulling up to the window, i see 4 employees on their phones and laughing and the person making my food with no gloves on. I will not be back. you should be ashamed of your employees. every time i pass this location i see people leaving the drive thru booth not answered because they whip around and leave the parking lot and go over to Burger King. at least Burger King answers us. the health department has been called on your location. Do better.
Went to pick up a two cheeseburger meal no pickle extra onion and a hot fudge sundae for my wife who was in Duluth neuro trauma with a Straub truck 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru and once I did they told me they were waiting on fries and to pull up front which took another 15 minutes because they completely forgot about me and when I did end up getting the food there was three cheeseburgers in there one with pickles and two with no pickle extra onion the Sunday was melted and they gave me the wrong size drink so all in all took me about 25 minutes
Ordered curbside takeout around 2pm. They were not busy, but I waited over 20 minutes for a Big Mac (no Mac sauce) and a large Coke. I was just about to drive away to get to work on time when they finally brought my Big Mac, but no Coke. They said they missed that I ordered a drink but would get it right away. Finally have my drink and speed off to work when I bite into the Big Mac and it's covered in Mac sauce that I can't eat, so it ended up in the trash.
Slowest McDonald’s that I have ever been to. Have been waiting in line for 30 minutes as I write this review. 3 of the employees all decided to take a smoke break at the same time and clearly management doesn’t want to do anything about it. Unless you want your food cold I recommend not going to this place.
I was hungry for a burger. So I ordered the big mac. It hit the spot. Plus it was on sale at the time for $2.00.
Not impressed with having to eat in my car because for some reason all the dining areas are still closed, but you keep raising your prices. This is ridiculous! Going out to eat used to be enjoyable, now it's something I do when I don't have a chose. HOW SAD!!
Go to the McDonald's in West duluth instead. I don't eat at McDonald's very often just driving through for 2 small fries. Took a super long time. Like 30 min. Staff was friendly. I think they may just be understaffed. But go to the west duluth one instead.
This is what my fillet fish sandwich look like when I received it. It was also totally cold.
