three tiny wings (very tiny) one side,a biscuit and a cookie for $10.99. Never again! Please bring Popeye's to town! They forgot the upcharge milk, no butter for the biscuit, no salt or pepper packets, no wipes.
Good food, but today was bad for the service. Multiple customers including myself complained of missing or incorrect items, and no one ever got a receipt to prove it. On top of that, the lobby is supposed to close at 9, but they locked the front doors at like 7:40
Paid for a famous bowl, after a 10 minute wait, asked for money back. Didn’t have my receipt so they didn’t even give me my money back!! Left empty handed!!! Will NEVER be back!!
Quality is what you would expect, nothing exceptional to report either good or bad food-wise. I give this location 4 stars because they have on occasion forgotten entire meals on my orders before, or else subbed something out differently than we requested and paid for. I've also had a forgotten straw, forgotten sauce packets a couple times.Historically they've been oretty bad about order accuracy, more recently though my orders have been accurate but I've had to wait longer for my food. Because of this change in accuracy they've gone from a 3 star to a 4 star in my book, if they can keep that up and improve order times, this'll be a 5 star for me and a solid go to for fried chicken goodness!
Just drove half an hour to buy a family meal. Great customers service but yall forgot the biscuits....the one thing I was craving lol. Our fault for not checking the bag before driving home
Went inside to order the worker told me they're only taking drive thru orders. So why are the doors open? It was fully staffed why couldn't you take my order? Needless to say I won't ever return to any KFC location. Way to go KFC! Lazy Lazy Lazy
Not as tasty as it was during the Plandemic, The chicken tenders were dry and significantly smaller. The fries were not good, never have been
Personally I'm not a huge KFC fan but the rest of my family loves it. The chicken is tasty, I really like the biscuits. The mashed potatoe is nice too. Sometimes the staff don't have the world's most enthusiastic attitude, borderline rude at times but my last visit there, a nice young lady served me, she was friendly and polite and helpful, which was a pleasant change from the other staff I've dealt with.
Such small portions on the potatoes bowls' where's was the corn and the gravy the instant potatoes were runny for such a rainy day! Lot dinner Sunday snak' Do BetterKFC
Ordered 4 chicken little sandwiches and a medium fry. $17 dollars and change! I wouldn't be writing this review had they not all been missing pickles. Pretty disappointed and not worth going back to be a Karen about it.
