We stopped here for dinner after our river walk in Duluth. We got a hand tossed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza and some Buffalo wings. Both were super good and it made a quick takeout dinner thar were enjoyed eating over by the water. Even with a group of 8 with all different t pizza preferences everyone liked it. ??? Price was super reasonable. Glad we stopped here. Would definitely go back if we get back this way. Thank you!
Stopped here to have a drink after a long wonderful day in Two Harbors and Duluth. We had a long island tea and a margarita and both were very good. Great little bar. Right downtown Duluth in Canal Park. Very friendly and helpful bartender. Would highly recommend if your just looking for a place to relax and have a drink.
Had a great time enjoying family while consuming this delicious Za! Sausage, mushrooms & green peppers on thin crust…Wow! Great flavors, plenty of toppings & the service was top notch as well! Highly recommend.
Quick service and excellent food. The deep dish pizza was perfect
It's rare to pop into a restaurant without a bit of knowledge, but this time we did. We were sat quickly and offered a wonderful menu full of options you wouldn't normally have at a sit-down restaurant. Gluten-free options, custom options, and a mouth-watering array of pizza toppings. I have eaten pizza all over the country, and I have to say this ranks right up there as one of the best. Great service, great food, and endless options. Don't miss this restaurant on your vacation in Duluth!
Nice place with good food.
My intentions were to order some food to go and drink a beer while I waited for the food. I asked to try the mango cart beer and decided I'm going to sit here and have a few while I eat. The beer was good enough to keep me here instead of ordering to go. But then my food came. I ordered the three cheese and chicken rigatoni. When I say OMFG for how good this dish was I really mean it. I even told the waitress it was f-ing fantastic. The beer, the food, the whole experience was above my expectations. If I lived here I would be here all the time.
As I walk into Green Mill, I am met with the quiet sounds of conversations from the other tables. My family and I are quickly brought to one of the taller tables in the first room. The room has a warm, inviting atmosphere and an almost lived-in feeling. Soon after sitting down, I look at the menu. One of the things I like about this restaurant is the number of options there are. Green Mill serves pizza, salads, pasta, sandwiches, anything you can think of, and the prices aren’t bad. The actual options you have are appetizers, pasta, wings, burgers, salads, sandwiches, pizza, calzones, deserts, and specials, which change every week. The most expensive thing on the menu is the “'Wing Sampler”, priced at $38.99, but if you would rather eat something other than wings, the most expensive thing is the “Kabeelo Lodge Walleye” or most of the large pizzas, priced at $19.99. When our waiter comes back and asks us what we want, I order a chicken parmesan sandwich, which costs $13.99, with fries and water. While I look around, I notice the crazy amount of TVs there are just in this one room, five in total, each playing football. Our table is a bit wobbly, along with my brother’s chair, which is annoying, but not a reason to avoid the place. Our waiter soon returns with our meal in only sixteen minutes. Looking down at the food I have, I notice how nice the food looks. My sandwich is held together with a little toothpick, and the bun appears to be toasted. When I take the first bite of my sandwich, I expect the bun to be soggy from the sauce, but I am pleasantly surprised by the crunchiness of it. The sandwich is crispy, savory, and warm, leaving tangy tomato sauce on my hands. The fries are also crunchy, except a few on the bottom, and are a lovely addition to the meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat that’s better than fast food but doesn't cost too much. The menu has many options which makes it easier for groups of people with different tastes. The atmosphere is inviting. Overall, it is a fun experience for everyone.
Great cheesecake and food, but service is always terrible slow. This could be such a great restaurant if they would just hire enough help and focus on service.
Just left here and had the worst experience we ever had at a green mill. 1st the young lady helping with greeting and seating people definitely needed a different job, the server needs to listen better. The first pizza was wrong then we had to wait another 30 min totalling an hour for the right pizza and we still had over a 2 hour drive home and they wouldnt even discount the price. Extremely disappointed with this experience after enjoying the day at Bentleyville just to have it Ruined by terrible Green Mill experience.
