Hit or miss with this place. Got the wrong sandwich delivered tonight and finally called . I just can't comprehend how hard it is to make the right sandwich. Into the garbage it goes. I'm pretty sure in my comments it defaults to my request of NOT ringing the bell or knocking yet I got both today. (I will have to check my latest order to see if it's still stated there after a couple years) Will be quite a while before I order again.
So, not really a high brow foodie establishment, but I want to give a shout out to the Denfeld Erberts and Gerbert's and their employee, Lucas - we mentioned that it was our 15th wedding anniversary when buying our sandwiches and he came over to our table and asked if we had a special song. We mentioned an obscure country song that we danced to at our wedding and he played it over the store speakers. We danced - I cried - it was the best. Thank you to Lucas for making this the best low key anniversary dinner I can remember!!!!!!
They forgot the meat and cheese on 2 of my sandwiches and when I called to get a refund the guy on the phone was rude and short with me but he did say he would refund it, two days later still no refund went in the store with a receipt and was told too many days had passed to get a refund so basically the guy lied to shut me up, terrible service ever since they moved from the Kmart location.
Treated very badly at this location!! We used to go this restaurant every week and ordered 3 subs. The last time we went there they made all of our subs wrong. They made the subs with a very fatty and salty ham (supposed to be turkey). They were not good and not what we ordered. We called and told an employee what happened and he told us they would replace them and we could get three new subs when we came back. When we went back an employee named Lucas told me that there was nothing he could do and I would have to call the manager. I just got the run around and brushed off. The manager was supposed to call us the day after it happened and never did. Poor customer service and I would rather go to Jimmy johns from now on!
My daughter and I were just in and ordered 3 sandwiches. Drove home to Esko, unwrapped them, bread was dry, cracked and crusty. Took the first bite of my Spartan, that I requested no mustard, got a huge bite of mustard and crumbs all over!! My husband's and daughter's soup was cold and the cups were only half full!! Worst experience we have ever had with this restaurant!
This was my first time eating from here and I love sub sandwiches I was very satisfied with the food way better than subway.
Sandwich ordered was as expected. Wait person was friendly and helpful. Would patronize again and recommend to others.
Overpriced for food quality and quantity. Turkey not real.charges more for gluten free. First and last time here.

Why wait an hour or more for 2 COLD sandwiches when you can get HOT pizza delivered in 27 mins? They have been terrible for 2 years now with no sign of improvement. Website says 30min delivery time but not ONCE has it been under an hour. What a joke.
