I did the curbside delivery to minutes after it was ready and that manager Eric at the West Duluth store will not even honor the late curbside delivery and was very very rude and I think you should be fired nobody should order food from this place bad bad
I usually call for pizza's for the Valvoline guys they work hard and dont get breaks unless it slows down my pizza guys are GREAT THEY LOVE TO WALK IN AND SURPRISE THEM
So my auntie ordered from this domino’s and got a apple dip bowl and this is all she got and for anyone who’s seen the commercials for this apple dip bowl showed a full bowl so this proves that commercials are lies and also I would like to note that one of my friends ordered from them and got food poisoning from there food not being cooked all the way so people I caution you stay away from the west Duluth domino’s they are bad bad bad bad news thank you and have a good day
horrible attitude from delivery driver! took over 45 mins to deliver! and he dropped my food!
The app said my order was being prepped for over 30 minutes tried calling to all about it. Picked up the phone after calling 8 times and said that order will still probably be another hour before we get it.
The manager doesn’t answer emails. The store doesn’t answer phone calls. If you have a pizza you are unhappy with, good luck getting it replaced. This location will not answer the phone and their voicemail is full.
Phone said order complete. Went inside - not ready. Screen said ready. Sat down. Guy asked awhile later what was your name - Told him and he said O hear it is. Pizza was barely warm. My guess is they spaced it.
I think it's best to just skip this location altogether if you're considering dominos. Hour + waits, rude managers, and staff that can be openly rude to customers and still apparently have great job security? Count me out.
This place has great food and prices and their delivery driver Michelle is the nicest person ever. She deserves a raise for how hard she works to make sure she does a good job and the customer has everything they've ordered.
Normally have had gewat service but for whatever reason last time they messed up an order, I called and asked for a free one with my next order instead of making them come back out that day they said yes. Fast forward to last three days I have been calling the store repeatedly to place the order and get free item and nobody will answer the phones down there......
