Almost certainly the least expensive food on the harbor. You've been to Dairy Queen before most likely, and you'll find the same menu - and the same prices - here as any other DQ. Service was quick, restaurant was clean. They have a drive through as well if you prefer.
The woman who took our order was very attentive and thorough!But the fries were cold and limp (borderline soggy), and we were in too much of a hurry to ask/wait for more.Worst, saw the same mouse twice!! (hazards of a beautiful, old building, I guess?)
Fries were soggy and drenched in oil, and I saw mice running across the floor, off putting to say the least..
Would serve us in the drive thru on bikes. Didn’t say why just said to basically go away. Dining wasn’t open either. Stay away.
8:35pm asked the manager why they charged $1.50 for a pup cup while Dairy Queen out west and two harbors and hermantown don’t charge he was rude said he didn’t believe us and ignored us the rest of the transaction, Worst customer service and do not recommend getting a pup cup here when the rest of the locations are free.

Always a gokd stop for ice cream and seconds from tbe boardwalk in canal park. Get a blizzard and go watch a 1000' ship come dock.
Dairy Queen in Canal Park in Duluth, Mn has lost my patronage permanently. The manager on duty CJ is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. She was berating an employee calling her names with a lobby full of customers. I called to talk to a real manager and was hung up on

The young employees are not only unfriendly, but they screwed up on my order. She was very rude to me when I told her she made a mistake. I also caught her eating out of someone's order. I complained, but it fell on deaf ears.
