Keep in mind that most restaurants are short staffed. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our order. Unfortunately when we received it, it was cold. They were kind enough to remake it and the food did not come out much better. The upside is that the manager was very kind and tried very hard. We likely will not visit again as the food just did not taste good.
We ordered 2 meals through the drive thru today, i had a chicken sandwich with a shake and cheese curds. After we paid we had to pull up and wait for the food to be delivered to our car, after just under 15 minutes of waiting they delivered the food. As i was looking through the bag, i noticed that there wasnt any cheese curds in the bag! We were still charged for the curds. However the chicken sandwich was tasty.
Not bad not great. It hits the spot if you’re looking for smash burgers. Cheaper than a sit down restaurant but more expensive than similar fast food places. You’ll enjoy it but it’s nothing to call home about.
Slowest Culver's on the planet. Took over half an hour for a single chicken sandwich after I ordered it and everyone behind me got their food. Came again with a free coupon they gave me. Waited half an hour just to order with the free coupon. Still waiting in line almost 20 minutes later. F this place.
The team working did a great job with service, and the food was good. The floors and some booth benches needed cleaning, it appeared they were working on it as they had time. Tables themselves seemed clean and sanitized. I'm sure they are shorthanded just like every other place nowadays.
Cod fish dinner looked much nicer on the commercials which they most always do. The fillets were smaller than expected. Had a mixer with nuts in it. The cup was only 2/3 full and almost more nuts than Custerd.
My friend and I stopped there and each had a cod sandwich. The next day the same friend called me to see if I felt OK. I told him I had lower stomach pain and frequent BMs. He had the same. He called them and they were sincere about checking their fish and offered to invite him back to make it rite. It wasn't the best I doubt I'd return.
We sat in line for over 25 mins at the window Sunday night 2/27/22 waiting on 3 cones. Not a single person had a clue what was going on an older lady sat by the window eating a concrete mixer while others were standing around. The drive thru was backed up at least 5 cars in front of us waiting while we were at the window and when we left the line was wrapped around the building to the entrance door. Poorest service i have seen at any drive thru. Culver's in general is great but the staff Sunday night needs a manager and some additional training
Drove all the way over there just for them to be randomly closed...no signs on the door other than saying they'd closed early the day before due to weather. I get that, snow was bad yesterday, but barely snowing today and the roads are okay.
The food was great but the drive-thru was very slow. The last few times I have gone it has been this way. It took them almost 40 minutes to get me a one scoop ice cream cone and large fries.Someone went inside after I got to the drive through and left before I did. I suggest going inside if you want a quicker experience.
