Tried to eat here today.... come in the main door and the main walkway is roped off. Forcing you to walk between mounted down bar stools and a window.... fine, if I weren't pushing my kid in a stroller... so tight I can barely squeeze through and no way a stroller can get in.... had to go back out the entrance making people move for us.... we went elsewhere. This also means that when they do this it is NOT handicap accessible..... not cool. Not happy. And felt very embarrassed
Where do I start. The 5 and 4 star reviews are obviously bots of employees. They hardly have anything. Out of tortillas, or out chips and salsa. They shut down online ordering during lunchtime which is brilliant. they sometimes don't even open. We don't go there anymore for our office because they're so unreliable. Not that it matters anyway, they're just overpriced taco bell.
Taper your expectations for Chipotle with this location. It is very poorly managed. I always order ahead on the app and it is almost always wrong, if even ready on time.Always out of ingredients, terrible lines if you don’t order ahead.. pick your poison. I love Chipotle but I barely ever go here anymore. And they can’t blame covid because it has been a mess and having the same issues since I moved up here 4 years ago.
What the heck is wrong with this place? One guy cooking, one gal taking orders very quickly. Everyone else more interested in talking and joking around. One kid filling online orders slowly. 1 customer showed up when she was supposed to pick up her order. She had been waiting another 15 min in the store when I got there and she was still there when I left 20 min later. One kid kept going out to the seating area, but never cleaned any tables. The place was filthy.Guy making my burrito destroys it and then after several attempts to wrap it goes and gets another tortilla and double wraps it. Fine. But then just hands it to me and walks away. Guy at the register just looks at me and gives me my total due. No bag. No offer of a bag. I had said it was to go.Then I asked for chips. No chips. What? No chips. We are out of chips. What's up with the 2 huge bowls FULL of chips on the back counter? Well, we don't have anyone to put them in bags so... no chips. So they could take their time (about 3 minutes) to dish up a side of guacamole, sour cream and salsa for the gal ahead of me, but not the few seconds it would take to put a couple of handfuls of chips in a bag?No apologies. Worst Chipotle ever. Taco Bell would have been the better option.
Very inconsistent with how to order. For months ordering online was not an option. Today we went and the only option was to place an order online and wait 20 minutes. We decided not to wait and noticed other customers leaving too due to ordering protocols. I understand that everywhere is short staffed, but please have consistency with how to order.
I love how the staff is so friendly and non judgmental when you order 5 burritos fully loaded for yourself.
This is seriously the worst Chipotle. I had a bad experience a few years back and haven't given them my business since. Thought I'd try again today and it was, yet again, a big disappointment. Our large order of chips was maybe about 1/4 of the bag. Paid for guac in my burrito...finally found a tiny dollop after I had eaten 3/4 of the burrito. When I'm paying over $2 for it, I would hope to actually have more than a tablespoonful. Some serious retraining needs to happen.
I'm torn about this place. It is crazy expensive like $15-$20 for a burrito and a drink per person. It was also so very gross. There was food in the floor, on the counter, near the fountain drinks, and all over the tables. Like fine pieces of food literally everywhere. The lemonades we're all empty or next to empty and there was trash all around the drink station. The ONLY good thing was the food was ridiculously good. Every single part of the burrito was individually flavored to perfection. The hibiscus lemonade was delicious! I can not stop craving their burritos even if they use mostly rice as a filler. The only thing stopping me is the grossness of the facility.
This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to. Staff was rude. Food was disappointing and tables are always a mess. Plus they have boxes of their supplies in the dining area. But can never stock their supplies by the pop machine
Over the past 8 months this Chipotle has continuously gotten worse and worse. The amount of times I’ve been disappointed with it is crazy. I’ve waited more than an hour for an online order multiple times. Always out of food. Chips, guac, meat and the latest was rice. Place was not busy at all. And they had no rice. Wish they would get this location up to speed to how it used to be. It’s also filthy. Tables rarely get cleaned.
