I love caribou! My ho ho mint mocha did not taste right and there was no whipped cream.This location tends to be a bit less busy than others and has quick service but there is no drive through. I usually do order ahead but the times I have visited this location it hasn’t been necessary.
Nope. Waited 20 min. For a small black coffee. And it was gross. The lid wasn't on right and I spilled it all over my hand. Avoid this location.

The best part of my experience was having the kid working make me something special! He was alone, there was no line and I told him to make me a iced anything. It was amazing. He was so sweet!
I would like to send a special thanks to Ethan! I bought a coffee on my way to Duluth in Virginia. Shortly after leaving Virginia and taking a few sips of my drink I realized they made it wrong. When I got to Duluth I stopped at caribou to get a new one and Ethan was so kind and apologetic for something that he did not do and remade my drink for me. I look forward to my caribou coffee drinks so I was so bummed when it was made wrong but he made it right! Thank you again!
