The handicap accessible entrance is locked. There's two small steps in the front. So if you use a chair you may have trouble.Otherwise it's ambiance is great for a chain shop.
Coffee was okay. I got a mocha and it was way too much chocolate. The bottom had lumps of chocolate. The bathrooms were mostly clean. Service was good.
Got the Dark chocolate mocha and lumberjack sandwich here, both of which were decent. The coffee was a good temperature and even taste. The sandwich was fine, though nothing to be too excited about. The daily trivia question with the ten cent discount is a fun inclusion.
Caribou always has the BEESSSSTTTTTT coffee.... and they can and are willing to make special modifications. I like to get the white chocolate rasbery mocha - fat free, and so they make it with skim milk. They have lots of subsitutes. And the lobby is open so you can chill out and stay a while. Real nice atmosphere inside. Always clean and organized. Theres an upstairs for you to sit on ur laptop and they have free wifi. The staff is super friendly. Always. Its located in a nice spot, right in Canal Park, so after coffee its always nice to check out the lake and just stroll around.Just not wjile im there, i don't wNt the place over crowded.
Quick service, friendly staff. The place was packed at 10:30 in the morning, and no seating was available. I think because of the quick service, it caused the turtle mocha cooler to leak all over because it was over filled.
We always stop here for coffee when we are in town. Always get the campfire mocha. So delicious! So convenient to shopping and hotels. Right by the lakeWhat more could you all for. Always gray service! Great coffee. A must! We will always be back!
Good fresh tasting coffee at 6am. Polite staff and clean lay out. Gladly plan on returning.

Joey - a barista I've run into a couple of times at this particular Caribou - is an amazing human & always makes my experience here (while ordering and being indecisive about drinks, especially) a delight. (:Needed to post this - so Joey (and everyone else here for that matter) knows they are deeply appreciated. 10/10 for amazing humans.
Typical CC store with decent coffee & breakfast sandwiches.
Barista was extremely rude!He was taking our order, while he was yelling at a homeless man to get out of the store. I was just beside myself.I will never drink Caribou coffee again, they can't even show kindness to their fellow man.
