Normally I’m not for complaining but when 8-10 times you ask for cheese on something you don’t get it, yet you get charged for it either way. Also they don’t give you anything besides a trip back to get it fixed and by that time your food is gross. Tho this is new we’re my receipt on the bag was ripped so you can’t see what you paid for? Literally how I received it. Sorry again hate to complain but it’s what’s gotten me to go there way less… like twice a year if that!
Rude employees, got charged for a rodeo king I asked for it. they gave me a basic bbq hamburger. Do not recommend.
It figures...Duluth Burger Kings do not serve Whoppers in the morning, before 10:30. According to BURGER KING the no burgers in the morning rule ended in 2014! So you can 'Have It Your Way", as long as you're NOT in Duluth. This place...I swear!
Placed order in drive through, also picked up order for an employee he had placed. Over 20 mins had passed by the time the order was placed and me picking it up.Order was 2 brownie batter shakes and 2 Italian OCS. What we received was 2 oreo shakes and two chicken sandwiches.The order also was not ready when I had gotten there to pick it up. Tried to call restaurant to see if we could get it swapped but they never had answered their phone. Bad experience all around.
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers 2 days in a row and was charged for 2 double cheeseburgers and time I got home they were just single hamburgers. What is the deal? Why screw your customers over? 10/19/2021. Thanks. Ill go elsewhere.

I love their chicken sandwiches.
Server order taker was quick, polite, and got the order correct. At window the same person served me and was very polite again. I have visited this place numerous times with the same worker helping and pretty much the same outcome. Sandwich was hot, fry's not so much - warm but not soggy. Like other fast food joints prices have increased, but expected for the convenience, increase in wages, and supply ??shortages?? Can't say the $13 was a good value for what you get other than for that convenience.
If I can have it my way I would turn it into something else
