Upon arriving my husband, 2 children and myself was about to be seated at a booth, the thing is the seats at the booth were dirty and completely ripped up! I asked to be seated somewhere else, and we were. We sat at another booth and this time the table was dirty so I grabbed a wet wipe and began to clean them myself. The ketchup container was empty and covered in debris. The chicken was absolutely horrible. The wings were still pink in the inside, the fries were burnt and on top of that we barely saw our waitress. This restaurant was absolutely disgusting in every aspect! You guys need to do better!
TLDR; Family friendly, great food, great service.I always sweat when I crave wings. I have a toddler and an infant, and a sports bar is definitely not what you would consider a family restaurant. That being said this place has always been great to bring my tiny terrors to. The waitress this last trip gave us colored pens for the toddler because crayons ran out. I thought that was awesome! Thanks for giving me great wings to binge on, they were great!
We had 2 20 piece boneless wings .garlic parmesan was delicious.Hadca couple draft beers which was also taste.Waitress great and fun atmosphere
I stopped in for a to go order, and it had to be the worst order of food I've ever had. It was so bad that I could only eat 2 wings, they were extremely small and way over cooked. I tried to call the restaurant and nobody answers the phone. I feel cheated, I paid decent money for absolute trash. I won't be going back unless the store makes it right.
Place is disgustingly filthy. Everything is sticky and has good residue on it. Refused to serve a meal because they were out of onion rings, no substitute allowed. Horrible server, took forever to bring drinks and take orders.
Working out of town and staying in Duluth so my roommates and I decided to check out BWW. Had Brooklyn as our waitress…. Let me tell you she was amazing! She was polite, quick and had a awesome personality. We all ordered 20-20 & 30 traditional wings. Within mins we had our drinks, a few mins later we had our wings. It was fast. Fastest BWW I’ve ever been too. Brooklyn, never let our glasses go empty and was on point. The bar area started to get busy and she even had a big party (probably 10-12 people) she took care of while we were there and non of her customers waited very long for anything. This BWW is on point with both food and service. Duluth BWW you get a 5 out of 5 stars today from us and a big thank you. Fraternally, Guys from Chicago
If you love wings and sports this is the place to be. TV's at every angle, NHL blasting on the big screen. Enough wings for you to have your fill and take home to enjoy later.
Food was cold not brought out together. Server NEVER came to check on our table. The 2nd order came 25 min after mine was already eaten. Asked for a to-go container for 2nd meal - I happened to check the to-go box and it wasn’t even the complete order.NO SORT OF COMPENSATION OFFERED!VERY DISAPPOINTING!WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
Placed an order tonight at 6:22pm. Order was accepted and was going to have it delivered only to have it canceled after I called due to it being 15 minutes late and I still hadn't heard anything. I'm literally right across the parking lot in the AmericInn...you couldn't have called me (phone number was on order and so was address .2 miles away-- I would have ran over for crying out loud.Quick edit 2.22Opening manager (I think his name is Zach) took care of my order today and was very courteous and got everything squared away. I appreciate the quick response. All is good.
Besides the moldy celery and the ice cold french fries, the rest of the food was great. It was a carryout order, so unfortunately once we realized the celery was moldy, it was too late to return. Moldy celery - no excuse for that! It is inexpensive and keeps a week or more without mold in my fridge at home. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen moldy celery! Theirs must have been 2-4 weeks old! Gross!
