Service was polite and attentive. I ordered the veggie omelet with sausage added. There was nothing wrong with my meal. It was a bit bland and flavorless for my taste, though. A little more salt in the veggies or a splash of balsamic vinegar; the omelet just needed something to wake up the flavor a bit. The hollandaise was utterly forgettable. Not bad, it just added nothing of note for me. I think they may have chopped one small sausage link in as the addition. It cost .99. I won't bother next time.This is a nice place for seniors. The food will not be unexpected. Outcomes will be consistent and the ice cream desserts will be worth saving room for. Plan on parking out in the lot and not near the building. Even at 3:00, when I was there, the parking near the building was full.This is a comfort food restaurant worth your consideration.
I ordered the Swedish Pancakes. They were delicious! My family always used to go to Stockholm Inn in Rockford, IL for them, and this is the first place that the quality is matched! I would definitely recommend trying them. The restaurant was clean, cozy and stylish and my waitress was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back again.
This restaurant NEVER disappoints! As soon as I was seated, I was greeted with a server asking for my choice of beverage, then almost immediately was greeted with a fellow to take my order. FIVE minutes later my HOT meal came. When does it ever happen where you have to wait for your meal to cool off??? To add to it, the food was delicious! My coffee was always refilled. Yummy coffee too!Thank you.
Wow is all I can say, the atmosphere was lovely. People of all ages and it is focused on a family setting, the music is pleasant and suits the place nicely. The seating was comfortable and the servers were sweeter then apple pie, the food was made promptly and OMG THE FOOD!The food wasn't overly done, its the type of food that is fresh and you can actually TASTE the food. You can taste every ingredient and the portions for the price are incredibly filling, this place has a wonderful aura about it and this is definitely a place I'll come back to again and again!
Food is great, but there ice cream is delicious! Staff is friendly and the service is quick! You. Won’t be disappointed! I had the fish and it was so good and the caramel role was exactly what I needed! YUMMY!
Duluthians love Bridgeman's! Not only is it an iconic local restaurant, it has great food. The quality and quantity is always consistent and so very tasty. I also think they have the best wait staff around. Whoever trains the young people that work there, does an excellent job. They are always friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong choosing Bridgeman's for breakfast.
The mega malts are so good! They're big so what we did was one person ordered food and one ordered a malt. We shared both. The food was pretty good but I think they overcooked my chicken strips a little because they were pretty dark brown and super crunchy and hard to bite. Lol
The service here is always phenomenal and it has a nice laid back diner feel to it. We started with an onion ring appetizer and the portion size was huge! For my main meal, I ordered the Mizzle Skizzle with the sour dough and strawberry jelly. This is typically my go to order here. The eggs, meat, and hashbrowns covered in hollandaise work well together. I was too full to consume anything else after all the food, but their shakes and malts are another item I would highly recommend. It is a popular spot so expect to wait sometimes, but the wait is always worth it.
Bridgeman's is an excellent breakfast stop and offers a great variety of filling selections. Despite the filled to capacity number of diners when I visited, the staff did an excellent job of taking care of everyone. My Biscuits and Gravy with hash browns was pretty good although being from the south, I find it difficult to find this dish to be better than what is available in Georgia. The chicken and waffles was well received and devoured quite easily. If you have never eaten here, you need to try it.
Not only was the food excellent but the service was the best I've had in a long time. The price? Very normal for the area. It was so good, I went the next day again.
