Despite the reputation that some give it, the food is quite good. Some surprises on the menu include fish nuggets and chicken rings. The only down mark was the dining area was not fully clean. Otherwise it was quite enjoyable.

So, this store is understaffed and the staff that they have is substandard by a lot. I realize this is fast food and the wages are low. But you should at least speak up when taking orders. You should fill order correctly when you fill it.This has been going on at this location for about six months to a year. I realize Covid is a thing, but other establishments are back to normal or better.I will give this store one more time and if the service doesn't improve I will never return to this establishment.
I just wanted a number 1 w/ no pickle add cheese w/ a grape Fanta no ice. Quite a simple order.. right. Not so simple for them. We all know White Castle wait times are long that is expected. However, the cashier handed me grape Fanta w/ ice and the container has the soda spills all over. He fixed it immediately. Now I drive off not far way where I can turn back around. My 4 sliders had pickles on there not to mention an excessive amount of onions. So I returned to drive thru for them to correct order AGAIN. Order corrected plus they gave me a large fries. But still this required 25+ mins which is too long for drive thru.
Long wait to get food and the order was wrong (soda instead of shake) so instead of correcting the problem they voided the entire order and placed a new order to change soda to shake, which was a $.20 difference. Fries were old and cold, and I'mReally not sure how to describe the interesting way the slapped together my burger. Never will I go to this white castle again!
It took 25 minutes to get the food. My impossible sliders were cook on the grill that was not clean off so I had pieces of hamburger and onion that were burned on my sliders. Not good. The restaurant was not very clean inside to sit either and the kitchen was a mess. The employees were talking and horsing around. I will not go there again.
Had bought the food through the drive thru it was good but I think the credit card reader had gone out when I paid but everything went great and the food was amazing

No complaints, it's white castle. Either you don't like their food or you love it. I feel this white castle served their sliders how their supposed to be. Order was correct, food was hot and fresh!
For the weekend maybe opening up that food was good service was very very acceptable as far as speed prices of going up like everyone but overall it was a nice experience through the drive-thru
