My kids LOVE Smashburger, but don’t order any paid extras (like extra cheese or additional toppings) through app ordering and expect them to be on your burger. It happened to me several times in a row, to the point where I reached out to their corporate customer service. They comped me for an entrée, but that doesn’t necessarily solve the problem.
Pretty good food for a burger restaurant, if a little greasy (can leak thru the takeout bag and onto whatever you set the bag down on). Not too spendy either. I recommend the Chorizo burger (might be discontinued as of 4/11) and the Smash Tots.However, this location if not the company at large probably needs to start treating their employees better as they've been understaffed and have seemed to be struggling for at least a month now.
Good food for above traditional “fast food”. Staff was very friendly, we had a small order issue but they handled it quickly and made it right with no questions asked. Selection was good on the menu, we will be back again!
Great food. Awesome service..Dinning room needs a good cleaning. Dirty tables and garbage where you dump and leave your trays.
I like Smash Burger, but this time the food tasted lousy. The burgers were over cooked. The shakes were the worst, spoiled milk in it. I am hoping I am not sick tonight after eating the shake. I wish I had noticed the odd taste sooner. Yuck!
I understand staff shortages but we wait 20min for two burgers and we were the only ones in the drive through. Then our meal came out wrong and we waited another 15min when they said it would be right up!!! Now half of our meal will be cold when we get home to eat it! Not only that but we watched them carry back dirty dishes, touch their headsets and did not change their gloves the whole time!! Not sure if I even want to eat this food!!!
On offer are two kinds of fries: "smash" fries and "regular" fries. Also, fries are available in multiple sizes, one of which is "regular" and that leads to potentially confusing conversations in which the phrase "regular regular fries" may be required. Why do we do these things to ourselves? Also also, the sun shines directly in the eyes of the folks working the drivethrough window right around the lunch hour. Maybe an awning would help? Perhaps a strategically planted tree?
It's fine, but does not compare to Culver's or Five Guys. Good shake and the sweet potato fries are nice, but the mainstays are lacking.
Best customer service in a long time! Quality experience and worth the time.
Burgers are always great and service has been great as well.
