Don't believe a word they say when they tell you that they will put your name down for food to correct when they screw up. Not only will they refuse to credit you money back for food that you don't receive but when they tell you they will put your name down they don't. When you pay for the food, that should have been covered to make up for the food you didn't receive previously the manager will find it "Sweet!"Terrible service even though the food is good.Will not return
As a Barq's Root Beer aficionado, I think it is one of if not the best Root Beer arround. However I cannot recommend getting the root beer here. It'd be best buying a can at your local convenience store, or dare I say, a bottle.But the chicken is good so that's a plus.
Phenomenal chicken and toast. Fries are always lacking. I wonder if I can order then well-done? Hmmm. Have to see next time. All around good experience as per usual.
Got six piece chicken piece were so small and bits and piece for fries. What happened to this place.Lost us as customer.I will Go to Quick Trip from now on.Way more chicken and pick a side to go with it.
Terrible customer service! Ordered online and received confirmation with pick up time. When I arrived they could not find my order and asked if I had the correct store. I showed my confirmation and receipt and was told they lost it and would make it again. 20 minutes later, and after seeing many people order, get food and leave, I was again asked what my order was. I finally received my order , which had the same order number that was “lost”. and was told if I didn’t want it that they could try to issue a refund, the supervisor then turned and walked away. I was informed by the woman working at the counter that this happens a lot with the online orders. Very disappointing!
Chicken strips and crinkle cut fries. Cane sauce gives me a slightly spicy wire some poultry seasoning (too much) vibe. All in all? Fine. Nothing that makes me want to go out of my way to get again, but definitely an option if I'm close to one. Not a place for anyone who prefers bone-in chicken or dark meat.
The chicken is good, the service is quick. Just be careful if you ask for extra sauce. I asked for an extra cup of sauce one time, meaning I wanted two of the little condiment cups instead of the one that typically comes with a meal. What I got instead was a 22oz beverage cup FULL of sauce, and a $6 charge added on my bill. It was so hilariously absurd I wasn't even mad.
Literally just ordered there today got the box combo and this is how many fries they out in all 3 box combos we ordered. That's extremely sad.
Stellar service. I had a fairly complicated order, and the staff handled it with ease, taking it quickly, processing payment efficiently between separate orders, and extremely fast food prep. I would highly recommend
just watched a worker blow his nose in his hand and proceed to make drinks without washing his hands. nasty! will not be returning. so gross
