Awful place. Always out of something or forgetting things. Given a couple different try’s but today was the last time.
Seems like they've changed the pizzas a little bit. Ordered the Hawaiian and it was pretty good.
Good food, but very understaffed and don't deal with busy times well. I waited 20 min after my pickup time to have them even print the slip to put it in line to start being made. Would be nice if they extend the pickup time so you don't show up 30 min after placing an order if they won't even start it for close to 1 hour
Unbelievably terrible place. I like papa murphy’s but this location is a hot mess. Gave this location 2 chances and both times staff was doing anything but working, they even ended up chasing after one another throwing ingredients at each other while people were inside waiting for their pizzas which they ordered almost an hour ago. Once you get your order, there is barely anything on it. Never, ever coming back to that location. This has been going on for awhile and manager doesn’t seem to care. Avoid this location at all cost. Customer service is non existent there, they act like they are doing you a favor.
Just bought a pizza. In the past I have been satisfied with service and the pizza however tonight I am very disappointed. There was hardly anything on it. I called to complain but the system does not make it possible.
Service was good. Pizza was great (normal expectation). The only thing was there was not many grab and go items in the cooler displays... I would have bought cookie dough had it been there. (Better for my diet this way, thanks PM!)
Always delicious pizza! So convenient to order from home and just stop in and grab it.
Was going to order but girl at front counter was very rude when being told out of dessert trays when they had enough staff to make my request and I would have been happy to wait but I was brushed off and ignored.
Love the puzza and Tuesday night $10.00 pizza is a great value
Google took down my last review, but the staff at this location is horrible. I'll keep saying it until it sticks because the people deserve to know that the customer service here is terrible.
