I came into the Riverdale Panera about 8:30 am and ordered my breakfast sandwich, roll and coffee. The sandwich and roll were in my hand promptly but I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my coffee. Two of the coffee varieties and the hot water pots were empty. I told two different employees about the coffee and after ten minutes I saw a lady who I think was a manager that they were out of the coffees and hot water. She told me she would get some brewing.Ten minutes later she brought me a cup of my coffee. I told her this shouldn't happen. If you don't have coffee in Panera you don't have a business. She said sorry and that she understood. I saw at least six different employees in the store, one of them should be assigned to monitor the coffee. The food has always been good at Panera be lately the service has been slipping. Some of that has been due to short staffing, but that wasn't the case today.

Foods good, but only if they get it right... you think their service would be better when you're ordering 4 items at $50 a bill... you have to absolutely double check your to go bag. On top of that, the price changes every time for the same items...

Let me just start off by saying I should have checked the recent feedback before ordering here! I don’t normally eat at Panera, but someone gave me a gift card so I figured I’d try it out. Ordered a mix of a dozen bagels and a few tubs of cream cheese. Was surprised to find that the bagels, napkins, silverware and cream cheese tubs were all just randomly thrown into a big paper bag, kind of like trash. This can’t be sanitary? The bag wasn’t even closed, so of course it sat open in the pick up area (on a busy Saturday morning) collecting anything that was in the air. If I had known this was their procedure, I wouldn’t have ordered. Let me also add that a few of the bagels were the crunchy cinnamon, so the sticky substance from those rubbed off on everything else that was inside the bag. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

Took over 20 minutes to get an Asian chicken salad. Not even a serving of chicken. Poor presentation of salad.Had a full size salad and about 1/3 of bowl was filled. Very dissatisfied

$40 order, mango smoothie tasted like baby food, nasty. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich, they drenched it and was very unappealing. The side cups they used for my wife's salad dressing were barely a quarter full. Come on folks, you NEED to do better than this. When someone spends that much, they deserve better quality. Very disappointing and don't think I'll be ordering from there again.

Let me start by saying I like Panera in general; however this location is not great. This will be the third time coming to this location and then not having items for things like bread for their sandwiches. I came to this location for the "new" Flatbread pizza and the lady said they don't have the bread for Flatbread. I was bummed and it took a couple minutes to figure out something else to order. My kids had already ordered as well as my wife so we couldn't just leave. I order the spicy chicken sandwich. When walking past the preparation area where the workers make the food I saw a full shelf of Flatbread just sitting there. I asked a worker if they were Flatbread and he said they were. I asked why can't we order them if you have a full shelf and he replied that we could. I went and ordered one as this is what I wanted but there was no "sorry for the mix up" "let me give you a refund for the chicken sandwich" or "here are two cookies for the mix up" or none of that. I ordered it, paid and waited for the food. The flat bread was good but we ended up throwing the chicken sandwich (did try it since it was paid for and was not good). Not upset with the food but how the employers were not apologetic or there was no sympathy/empathy for someone who was told they don't have and item on their menu and saw me struggling to find something else to order to find out they were fully stocked of Flatbread. Disappointed for this reason and the lack of costumer service this place had to right their wrong or just flat out lying to costumers for whatever reason. This was not the first time they fo not have ingredients for their menu. I don understand the staffing shortage and all of that but this was not the case with this which caused me to write this review.

Had a wonderful lunch with a friend here today. I ordered a vanilla cold brew, a baguette, broccoli soup and a chicken sandwich. He ordered chicken wild rice soup, turkey BLT, an apple, and the vanilla iced coffee. We both thought the food was wonderful. We will definitely order food here again. Panera is never a disappointment.

It may be 10 years previous since getting food from this Panera but I remember it being excellent then. Stopped the other day as I have been hungry for their delicious bagels. My husband and I were extremely disappointed. It was around 3pm and I don't expect oven fresh but the bagels were extremely dry and hard. Picked out 3 different kind and they were not only extremely dry but rather tasteless. Years ago each kind had a distinct robust taste and chewy on the outside and softer inside. The bagels at Walmart are better then these. After reading many negative reviews I have no interest in trying anything else that I use to enjoy. So sad, what was once a good place to eat has gone in the toliet from my perspective. Of course the are many good reviews too, but this was not my experience or any of the other people that were disappointed in the food or service.

Their drive through has been closed for months so you have to go inside. I was craving a bagel breakfast sandwich so I decided I guess I’ll go inside to get that and a coffee. They didn’t have anyone taking orders so you have to order on the kiosk. Half of the stuff was “sold out” they didn’t even have a basic bagel sandwich option or any coffee options besides a blended coffee. So I ordered the two closest things and they were both highly disappointing. Not only was the wait about 10 minutes for a simple order, the sandwich was soggy because they broke the yoke on it, and the blended coffee was hardly even blended… probably won’t be returning for a LONG time …

Great soup but the dish I had the Asian chicken thing and wow did it need seasoning I used like 2 packets of salt and 3 of pepper but otherwise it was fine
