Food was decent. The price has gone up substantially, or it's just been that long since I've been there. Service was a little slow, especially since it wasn't that busy. Overall, I'm not disappointed in the visit, and it was made better because we had a gift card.
Can’t go wrong with Italian food but got charged for an extra salad for the all you can eat salad because I didn’t want cheese on mine and my husband did. The server was nice but kept flirting with someone at the table next to us. It was distracting.
Our waitress was wonderful last Saturday evening when we went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I had an entree called the "Tour of Italy". My friend and I split it and ordered an extra salad. The waitress served it on two plates for us, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. It had chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo, and lasagna. I still had leftover food which tasted great after being heated in the microwave the next day. It wasn't very busy for a Saturday night. Our wait went quickly after we arrived, at about 6pm. We waited outside by a little pond near the parking lot where we watched a mama duck and her two babies swim. We were seated by 615, after receiving a message our table was ready by text on my phone. By the time we left at around 8pm, there were open tables available. For five people, two of them age 9 and one age 13, our bill was $95 after tip. So it's not a place we go often. I will definitely go back in the future, on one of the occasions that calls for a special meal, like maybe for another birthday.
The service and food were great. I appreciated the customer service Mitch provided. Food was prompt and the appetizers were good. Olive garden's calamari never disappoints me. After a long day, it was nice to come here for a relaxing time with family and friends.
Went to olive garden with three of my friends, I had never been to a olive garden before. The service was excellent food came in a good timely manner and server was very friendly and intuitive. The food was great better then expected because I'm not a big pasta person.
We LOVE Olive Garden but not this one. First we waited at least 10 minutes for our drinks but didn’t even get all of them. we ordered right away (busy Saturday) and waited over a hour for our food but only our kiddos food came out. His broccoli was cold pizza was soggy but the fries were a hit. He also ordered a side of shrimp that was WAY OVER SEASONED. 25 minutes after our kiddos food came out we asked when our entrees would be out. The waitress went into the back and told us she had no idea how long it would be before our food came out. How’s this even possible? By that time our little was done with his fries and ready to leave. We never even got our entrees. Very disappointing.
Waitress was friendly and kind. It seemed to take a pretty long time to even get our salad and soup. One of the cleanest Oliver gardens I have ever been in. Service was slow. Not sure if they were understaffed but we weren’t able to get refills in a timely amount. Food was okay.
We went out for lunch and the server were very kind. We have a good time there and will definitely go back for more.
Always a good experience when I go here but today was amazing. Our server Sam was fantastic and extremely nice. We also tried the 6oz sirloin for the first time as well and it blew us away, it was so juicy and flavorful. I can always count on Olive Garden for consistently great service.
Great service Elizabeth was the best server I have ever had in my life good food great service !
