Starters waiting way to long for food I understand short staffed so I let it go.. then got food 4 out of the 5 dishes didn't have the sauce they gave us sauce for my mother in laws food and my kids when I explained I didn't have sauce the gal came out hollering at us mother in laws food was cold I will be contacting coorprate tmrrw it's weird yesterday we where here and it was amazing today not at all and the supervisors name was jess.. I will no longer be coming back after today's experience

Yanni that works there has always her eyes on the work station, does not get distracted away from her job by the traffic of customers. Always fixing customers issues
I always eat a Noodles and Company if there is one nearby. The Coin Rapids location is a favorite. Try it, you will like it.
i asked them to make it with love and they wrote made with love on the container and bag :) it actually made my day
I love Noodles & Co, but this one is terrible. Just ordered Japanese pan noodles And some dumplings..they are both terrible. Dumplings aren’t even cooked. Taste and texture of a microwaved dumpling. Pan noodles are just a glob of nasty over cooked and reheated noodles. Would not recommend or go back to this location.
Always have loved this place. For the most part I've almost always received great customer service here, good food, HOT food, and if anything ever did go wrong it was QUICKLY handled and always with a smile and an apology. Genuine. And that's the way it should be everywhere, always! The managers are trained properly and portray to their employees good customer service and the employees are therefore equally as good. I always notice the comradeship between the employees while I'm there. They have fun. They smile. They laugh. They all seem to genuinely like each other and they all seem to get along with the boss as well. So that tells me that Noodles and Company is definitely doing something right! Keep up the good work people! Your doing a great job and there are people out here that notice.

These guys are working so hard even though they don't have enough people. It's not their fault and yet they are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for working so hard in these crazy times and ignore the Karens
Not open half the time we try to go, hours are constantly changing and then some days they're just closed. If you do manage to get in the door it's a 40 minute wait for your food because they prioritize curbside and Doordash orders over physical customers in the restaurant. Noodles tend to be sauceless and they'll charge you for asking for extra, potstickers are always undercooked, salads usually missing the dressing. Used to be a frequent customer but in the last 6 months the place has gone completely downhill. We won't be going here any longer.
