I’m not one to leave reviews but this one got to my guts. I Ordered a QPC and they literally gave me a cheeseburger. Plus they added water to my sweet tea.
If I could give it a zero i would. We live 5 minutes down the road. And stop here more often then I'd like after kids sports run late or we are on the run and not home to make dinner. And I don't think they have ever gotten our order correct. Not once. And when you call the phone rings for ever and no one picks up.. if you do get lucky enough to have someone answer they are rude and call you a liar. Do not go to this McDonald's. Take the extra 10 minutes and go to the one on bunker lake and round lake.. at least the manager there cares about getting your order right.. I mean how hard is it to get an order right these days and expect to be paid 15 dollars an hour.. I'm pretty sure my 11 year old could do a better job then these clowns
This could be an awesome McDonald's but here's the problem, 0 customer service skills, no integrity and no smiling or nice employees. I get everyone has a bad day but the last time I went here, I had a free large fry in app and well, see pic below for what I got. If I'm craving McDonald's and this were the last one, I would pick something else.
Drive thru was quick no problem with order. Inside was nicely kept. The workers get to you pretty quickly. Not a long wait for food either
Great place and very polite people the father is amazing and he will help you with everything very nice guy !!! Amazing person, this is a great church!!!!
I love McDonald's coffee however today yet again I received a less than warm coffee. I must say the people are very nice

Food was good. But the person at the first window never said a word just held her hand out for the money and didn't even make an effort to say thank you. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don't care how tough it is to find help. The person at the second window was very friendly
Went to this location day before Christmas eve and got 3 large meals. They forgot one of my drinks, ended up having to ask for it then my vanilla ice coffee tasted like they forgot the vanilla, then get home and I only had 2 large fries and 1 medium fry. Also when I went to eat my burger it was pink... I used to work at mcds, not really sure how it's possible to get a pink burger. Then I go to call and no one answers, I called the next day and no one would answer... I usually do not have an issue but this was the worst Ive had.
McDonald's sure has jacked up their prices in the last few years. I've never liked McDonald's food. It was a cheap quick meal when they had the dollar menu. Now it's $3 for items that were $1 a couple years ago. I get it once in a blue moon for my kids. Much rather go to Arby's though. Cheaper & way better tasting.
