The food was great it tastes amazing. But the service was bad I wanted lettuce on the side and they said “We can do that.” like what all I want is some lettuce but nope. My order The taker was Malcolm. Then a teen girl walk-in and order the same sandwich with no issues.
If there was a 0 i'd give them that. The girl who took my order at 12:02 on 7/14 didn't really sound like she knew what she was doing but "ok" She could be new but we called three different times to get an update and each time it was on it's way. It's now 1hour and 20minutes since I placed my order and I still do not have my food. The Mgr said he would put a credit on our account but why would anyone want to order from them after being told it's on it's way but in reality it is still at the store not being made. Either the Mgr was lying or just dumb, haven't figures that out yet.
Never again!!! Ordered food and had to cancel cause i waited almost an hour for there so called fast delivery just to call back and find my order still sitting there!!! Terrible service!! If you must have Jimmy johns go to a different one!!!
I have tried placing mobile orders many times over the past few months wether it be catering for my work, catering for my daughters graduation, or personal orders.. I place my orders before they open and typically place them for 12PM pickups. I never get notifications they are making my order, complete my order, and when I show up with proof on my phone that I ordered at their location they claim they lost it! When Lexcie was the general manager of this location for years her and her crew made our orders so efficiently and we NEVER had issues. This new GM and crew are rude, sloppy, and disgraceful to the Jimmy John's companies name. Don't even get me started on delivery. They should rip this location out and put in an actual good food place instead where the employees are actually nice to the customers!
Well, the workers don't listen... Asked for specific items on sandwiches and they failed to do that. Order was to go, didn't receive a bag. Asked for a bag and they set it on the counter and walked away. This was even after paying, and tipped. Wont be coming here again until managers deal with their employees customer service issues.
I put an order in at 11:58am and it is now 12:49pm and my lunch is over in 10 minutes and my food has still not been delivered! I will NEVER order from here again. So disappointed.
Great sandwich but they close early at 4pm so no service after then.
Favorite Jimmy John's in the area. Google asked me to leave a review bc I've been SITTING HERE WAITING FOR MY BROTHER TO GET HERE FOR LIKE 45 MINS so Google thinks I already ate.... Soon Google... Soon. Anyway food good, place clean, people nice
Not the best sandwich.The cheese is not that good, so if you are looking for a good sandwich I would go to Jersey mikes!
Came into the establishment early last week, my family and I came to eat lunch. The workers were so rude - they kept acting like we were a problem for coming in to order! The dining room was full of old food on the floor and on the tables, and the "manager" fought with us over my daughter asking to buy a cookie on her own. Worst JJ's I have ever been to, what happened to good workers and managers working in food? We always get late deliveries too, I miss how this store used to be run. Lost another customer
