How rude. I know the whole world is short staffed but that's no excise to be rude to customers.
This location ALWAYS messes up your delivery order one way or another, whether that be not adding extras or giving you the completely wrong sandwich.

Very normal experience for a Jimmy John's. I've eaten her several times and have never had any issues. Foods good. Cookies are great. But I've never been wowed, hence the average rating. I give them money, they give me food. I eat it and poop it out later.
Ordered in store for 2 subs and back out the door on less than 5 mins including payment. Very happy!
Will never go here again. I've given it 3 chances. First chance, saw someone touching their face without gloves picking at whatever on their face then continued to make sandwiches. 2nd time, tried delivery (pre-pandemic) and it took more than 45 mins for them to deliver less than half a mile away, figured enough time had passed for face toucher to no longer work there, somewhat better sandwiches 2nd time around. The picture shown is the final straw. That brown looking stuff is stale/old lettuce and onions that looks like it has mold on it that was put on my sandwich tonight. I should keep eating it so i get sick and sue this franchise. I do not post reviews very often. If I were you, I'd stay away from this place.
They were out of bread. I'll still give a 4. I'm 2021 everything is covid's fault. If your caught speeding, you were running from COVID. Idk if that'll work. It's worth a shot.
Employees all had smiles. Food was accurate and fast. Nothing to complain about.
This location was once good. But it makes no sense to not allow online ordering just because you have no drivers for deliveries. I cannot get delivery to our address anyway. Online ordering was not meant just for that. This franchise location should be re-evaluted. The ownership is clearly not that concerned about the customer experience anyway.
