Great food but unfortunately there was only one waiter on father's day otherwise everything else was great
Waited 5 min before someone came and asked us if we wanted to be seated.didn't look like anyone was there to wait on customers.we left.Found out later they only had 1 server.glad we left, didn't want to wait an hour to get waited on after we would have been seated. Sad because I know they have good food there. Maybe try it again some other time.
Ordered 2 big steak omelettes, and was given only one. It’s not a mistake when you give someone 2 toast order know that it was 2 omelettes. No sauce/salsa anywhere for the omelettes, eggs were plain. Sat in the lobby for nearly 15-20 minutes before even being asked what I needed. Never ordering food here AGAIN.
Me and my husband were at iHop on Saturday. The food we ordered was very good. Our service was excellent! The manager had to call the ambulance for me for I became very dizzy and had passed out. Our server and the manager were so attentive to me and my husband. They kept asking if we needed anything at all. I can’t thank them enough for staying by my side. I’m very grateful to iHop. I am feeling better. Also, there a customer who also helped me out until the ambulance came. I did not get his name but a big Thank You to you.Sincerely, Cherie.
In the last month we have dined at this IHOP and both times there has been ONE server working the whole restaurant. The server tonight has had ONE day of training and is on her own. This is absolutely ridiculous. This poor person is trying to handle the whole restaurant on her own and is only on her third day working there. I understand that it's hard to staff in the customer service industry as it is in most sectors of the work force but throwing a person to the wolves is not the way to keep employees. It's no wonder this restaurant is having a hard time staffing. Show value in your employees and they will show commitment and loyalty to you as their employer.
The staff was polite and attentive. I went around 10am and didn't have a long wait about 20 minutes from ordering to food arrival. Their booths are rather close with no dividers so it was a little annoying having to listen to the conversation at the table behind me.
DO NOT order take out from this place. I ordered two meals and two shakes. Seems simple right…. NOT. After placing order emails said pick up was around 1 pm. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. And stood there and stood here. Some one came asked what I wanted I said food pick up and they said they will be right back and another 5 mins pass. Someone comes to ask what I need I said food pick up. They leave to go check and another 5 min pass. There was at least 8 people working and the restaurant was maybe 2/3 full at all times. I finally got my food 25 min later. I take the food home to find both sandwich’s like the picture I posted. Waste of time and money. Even to sit inside and eat people were waiting no one was manning the front of the restaurant.
Just ordered breakfast for me and my kids. I ordered well done steak tips with scrambled cheese eggs for myself and a pancake combo. As you can see my steak is not done and as a pregnant woman who already can't eat anything this raw meat ruined my morning. Plus the steak was cooked in too much oil so it had no taste of the marinade. Plus I don't get why restaurants have gotten so lazy wear scrambled cheese eggs means throw cheese on top of it like an afterthought.
I loved the omelet and the French toast. Great service for low staff.
I ordered breakfast. My food arrived ice cold. The scrambled eggs had a thick rubbery skin because they sat so long. The saving thing was the new French toast....even cold it was good.
