Had a small burger with all the toppings and a small fry. Burger and fries were delicious. It was busy and very noisy inside. Need to be careful getting your drink from the dispenser or you can over flow your soda on your hand
Food is always good. Asked if military discount was a thing here. Guy says “yes”. I show him my ID by the state and he says “oh, I don’t think we do that for veterans. Would you like me to ask anyways”. He goes and comes back and says “no we don’t sorry”.My question is, why do you support military, but not veterans?I’m not upset, but concerned due to this being something that should be offered if supporting the military at all.
I was here a little while ago for lunch. What I liked they were not that busy. At least when I ordered, there was only a few people ahead of me. It had been a long time, since I have had been to this location, much less any other ones. What I liked was how I had the choice to customize my burger. With one or many patties or even was flavorings I want to put on it. I chose the standard one with ketchup, mustard, tomatoes, pickles. Of course with my meal I got small fries, a soda, and a small Oreo shake. I was a little bit hungry. After I ordered it took like 7 or 9 minutes to get my food. I liked how they put it in a paper bag, so it didn't matter if it was to-go or dine-in. I admit that I had the fries and shake right than and there . When I got home, I devoured my burger, which for a single patty was just the right size. Of course there were plenty of fries, if I decided I could actually share. Maybe even the burger too, or not. With such a flavorful burger in every bite, it would be a shame not to go back again sometime.
We placed an order via Door Dash & I understand that it's their responsibility to deal with any issues, but it does ultimately fall on the Business, as they are the ones that packaged the order & sealed it for the driver.... We were missing a burger (that's $13) & my $70 order that was placed though the 3rd party order can't be replaced, but I still have a child without food (from Five Guys like the rest of us) so it's super disappointing. We did get reimbursed for his missing burger (from DD), but now I'm making him something that he didn't want because his burger was missing ( I would gladly give him mine, & tried, but he doesn't want what I had on it) We still love Five Guys & will still order, but this was a super disappointing experience. I would normally give you 5 ⭐, but can't after this, at least for this experience
Fantastic food!! The fries were like homemade and some of the best I have ever had too. I also had an Oreo milkshake that was incredible as well, my husband and I both give it 5 stars and will definitely be going back.
Burger was a saggy mess. I couldn't even take a bite without it falling all over. People deserve better value for money. The whole place was slippery with low traction.
Fry's were twice-cooked and burnt. Retuned frys and were never replaced. Had to get refund. Floors and tables were dirty in kitchen and dining room. Food was over priced. Manager was nice but servers not very bright.
Ordered at 1247. It’s now 1:15 and still waiting. Talked to staff and they wouldn’t even acknowledge our question about the food. Finishing orders after ours but again when we asked, they pointed to the ticket still on the counter being prepared. Only ordered two burgers. That’s it. Finally got our food at 1:15. It’s now 1:20 and appears a manager is now jumping in and the energy shifted. Now seems like the future customers will get the food quicker. Good job manager
My order was wrong. Fries were soggy and cold. Took over 1/2 hour to get my order. Way to expensive. Will never go there again sorry 5 guys I was very disappointed for my first and last time
Burgers are quite big, flavorful, and have a great sear on them. Two slices of cheese on the cheeseburgers but, the bacon is in small pieces under the burger. I like to see my bacon without searching to see if it was forgotten. Slight mix up on our order when my companion got green peppers on hers instead of pickles. Fries are delicious and you get a hell of a lot! Really like the smaller, crunchy pieces in there. Only problem with that amount is they toss a bunch extra in the bag. The grease does soak through eventually. Still was a very enjoyable meal!
