Terrible location. I've never had a worse experience than at this location for Chipotle. Avoid this one at all costs. The food was so wet it soaked through the containers all over the place. Now that I see the other reviews I will definitely avoid this one.
I'm so sick of companies likes Chipotle locking the doors before close, it's 934pm and they literally locked the doors. When is someone gonna be held accountable for the lack of consistent hours. If your open until 10pm that means you stay open until 10pm or 945 specifically. This specific Chipotle is religious for doing this. Maybe if Chipotle cared more about good business instead of keeping trash employees this wouldn't be a problem. Not only can u not even call and make a complaint to the manager which I hate doing they have an automated system that just repeats and repeats itself....this is the second time they did this and I will not be going to Chipotle in general again neither will my 7 family house hold.
My only critique would be yo.add more veggies and rice if its a vegetarian bowl. They are just as skimpy with the fixings as if it was meat. If I only get like 3 items at least make it worth my.money with out having to pay extra. HOWEVER, the staff was nice and I appreciated the meal. I wouldn't visit the drive through one in Brooklyn park, by the hyvee. Apsolutely terrible.
Horrible experience last night. I ordered 4 entrees. It was 7:48pm. I asked for extra rice in the one bowl and had to have her keep adding and adding as there was barely anything in the bowl. For one bowl I asked for extra cilantro and they refused saying they are all out. I said you just have to chop some and I'll pay extra. She came back with an excuse of they are not making anymore food for the night. They don't close until 10:00pm. I asked for extra sour cream on one bowl and did not get it. The in restaurant ordering experience was terrible. When I got home, the food was even worse. It's as if they forgot to use seasoning yesterday on everything. Steak had zero flavor, chicken had zero flavor, pico had no taste. Even the chips were lacking. I have come here and had good experiences, but this was enough to not come back. If they had tried to make the customer happy, I might feel differently, but the lack of caring was pathetic. I was even speaking to a manager. I was nice and offering to pay extra for anything I asked for. Save yourself the trouble. Don't visit this location. I post a lot of positive reviews and it has to be really bad for me to post a negative one.
Ordered online and picked up order and it was completely wrong. It was steak instead of chicken. There was hardly any rice, no sour cream, no fajitas. Had hot sauce on it. I couldn't even eat it.

Ordered a steak bowl and got absolutely no meat at all. Thankfully I had left over steak from last night at home to cut up and throw in. Also got a burrito and did not get any salsa in it. Terrible. Second time in a row that this location has been horrible.
Went here today and got 3 bowls. We asked for sour cream on the side instead of on the bowl as some of us always do and they charged us for sides. Not sure if that's a new policy but we haven't been charged for that before(first time at this location), and they didn't let us know it was extra when on the side. They also charged us for guacamole on two of the bowls even though none of them had guacamole. Since we don't see the items listed while paying we didn't even notice until looking at the receipt later(lucky we asked for it). Two stars instead of one because although the serving sizes seem to always be shrinking(including a decent lack of beans) the food itself was fine.
I go here often since it is really close to my work. I am unfortunately usually disappointed though. Over all it tastes good, which is why I put up with it, but I am usually unhappy with the service. They almost never listen when I tell them less rice. Often when I ask for guacamole they give me only small scoop but still charge me $1.85 or whatever. And they usually do not wrap it well, to the point that it is falling apart and very messy to eat, even tho I get it double wrapped so that there is plenty of tortilla to wrap with.
I ordered a veggie quesadilla that came folded wrong but more importantly missing the cheese. When I asked about the guacamole that is supposed to come with the item they were extremely rude with a staff member literally getting into my face about it. I go to this Chipotle as least once a week but now will no longer patronize this location. I know things can be tough for service workers but I have always been very polite and was shocked to be treated this way.
