For a Sunday and for it to be around lunch time, service was fast! Got in and had a very short wait before my wife and I were up to place our respective orders. The employees made sure we got everything we wanted, just exactly how we wanted it. Very polite and respectful. Dining room wasn't overly full and in good condition, clean, and organized. Will revisit again in the future.
Went there with my daughter for a burrito and was severely disappointed. There was 2 younger guys in front of us who knew a worker there. He came up to only make their bowls. Their bowls were overflowing with food as he put double maybe triple the amount they should and did not get charged any extra. Seriously, they had trouble putting a lid on their bowl. The normal customers get sizes that are laughable. When we finally got to the register they were all standing around next to the soda machine and the cashier was more concerned with talking with them and going over there then she was with helping the paying customers in line. I get some people do a little favoritism towards people they know but do it away from the customer eye. The customer service is severely lacking. Do we not have supervision at these places anymore or are the teenagers running it all by themselves? Will not be returning.
I try to be conscious of the fact that there are employee shortages and food shortages. I ordered A salad via DoorDash, went to pick up my order to find out they're out of the vinaigrette dressing. That was disappointing but not a deal breaker. The dealbreaker was how disgusting the store was. I have never in my hundreds of times being in a chipotle, seen such an awful, dirty establishment. Everything from the windows to the floor to the pop machine to where they prep the food. The employees all looked overworked and miserable, and also dirty. At this rate, probably best to just not be open until the store can be clean, safe, & happy. I took my food, as I didn't want to have the poor employees deal with a refund. I did take a couple bites, but I just couldn't eat the rest of my food knowing what I just saw. Not to mention it was drowning in sour cream, & I love sour cream. Probably won't return for a while to this location, Talk about unsanitary. Yikes!
Almost never get the order right or pickup on time without waiting an extra 10-20 minutes. Oh and they dont answer the phone and cut the order # off on the bag so that after the fact they can't help you through the app or their chat bot. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Food was just thrown into our dish and I was given attitude because I asked for corn and he had to walk back and get it. Chicken was burnt and they NEVER have fajita veggies. The place was absolutely disgusting. You can tell that the employees hate their job and could care less.
This place is absolutely disgusting! Arrive went to order I stated the meat I wanted, forgot to say bowl or burrito, and the lady just stood there and stared at me with a look of disgust. Then they had no veggies, said yeah well we didn’t have any yesterday either, but it’s a free topping, so it doesn’t matter and the corn was still frozen. Get to checkout tried charging me for previous persons order. The fountain beverage area was empty and gross. All 4 Napkin holders empty, just a bag sitting on top open to grab, ice/soda machine was running constant water, other fountain beverages were all dirty and empty. Garbage was over flowing, stainless counter dirty, floor muddy and gross. Something spilled and just a stack of napkins sitting on top of spill. Bathrooms had ruined all over as if they have not been cleaned for at least a week by looks of it. Exiting Glass doors were full of finger prints and tape marks from old signs, again have not been cleaned in forever! Gross! Gross! Gross!
This location has been a complete disappointment for months. There is almost always a 20-30 minute wait past my promised time for pick up for my food. I have also had my last 4 orders prepared incorrectly.There was even one night that there was only one employee running the entire restaurant and they were out of 4 ingredients. That is completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to go through that level of stress that I’m sure that one poor employee was going through for a low wage job.Even though this location is the only convenient one from my home. I believe this location needs to be closed. I would prefer it closed versus encountering constant problems when I try to order. Chipotle, do better.
Let me start by listing the positive attributes of this establishment:1. They are consistent.Now for the negatives:1. They are consistent.Consistency is great if it's consistently a good thing. If I order something online, give you money in advance, drive to you, and you don't have what I ordered, I expect to at least be notified in some fashion. Had I not looked at my order when I got back in my car, I would have never had the pleasure of experiencing the unforgettable face and voice of the space cadet that apathetically informed me they hadn't had what I ordered "all day." There was nothing on the app, no complimentary consolation freebie... no, what I got was a valuable reminder that this restaurant is staffed by personified ineptitude. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location, but it's definitely the last.
Taco Bell out performs in every category.So, once again an unpleasant dish. Chicken bowl: no flavor, cold, small potions of both meat and toppings. This was an online order but it was not ready as advertised, no reason for it to be cold.Always feel cheated with online orders here. Nobody would accept this if standing in-line getting an order filled.Overall disappointment. I’m done with Chipotle…
This store was disgusting. Not one table was wiped, there was garbage all over the floor, every trash can was overflowing, only a couple of the soda selections were working and those that did work didn't taste right, none of the teas or lemonade dispensers (4 of them) had anything in them and hadn't been cleaned in awhile, you can't order in person you have to order on the app, I counted maybe 10 pieces of meat in my bowl and my wife's bowl was the same, we also had ordered our bowls with fajitas and there were no fajitas in the bowls- I asked and the worker said they didn't have fajitas so I couldn't have any... But never told us or wrote on the receipt or anything stating that they were not included, everything about this store was dirty, uncleaned and just flat out gross. I normally am pretty understanding when it comes to stuff like this but I questioned if I should even eat my bowl being I couldn't see it be prepared and I wondered about how clean the back kitchen was as the front part of the store was so dirty. There was accumulated trash under the cash register that you can see that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. This wasn't just a busy days worth of accumulation. My children asked why the area wehere we are supposed to eat in is so dirty. I won't even go into detail on what the bathroom condition was but I am sure you can take a good guess... I should have taken more pictures. But in short with 1 word... Yuck!!!
