We visited this location yesterday and I must admit the level of customer service and courtesy we received was exceptional. They must have very supportive management team because all their employees were so happy to be at work and willing to provide the best experience to their customers. I was highly impressed and the guy who took our order in the drive thru (John) was so professional and patient. You guys are doing an amazing job here hopefully all your locations are providing the same experience to customers. I’ve been to so many restaurants and never received such service and care. You all made my day and thank you for caring for your customers the way you do❤️
We had their chicken nuggets. They were actually real chicken and very tasty, the fries were good too. Four stars is the most I give for fast food places. If you are in need of a quick bite to eat, Chick-fil-A is a great choice.
I wish every resteraunt would take pointers from the over polite workers here. Very polite, courteous, employees actually happy to be working right now. Great place. Always busy, but still get through quickly.
It was my first time going to Chick-fil-A believe it or not. I just got a chicken sandwich and some of their waffles fries. All tasted amazing, and because it was my first time, the staff gave the meal to me for free! Free food always tastes the best. 5/5 for sure.
Incredible customer service! Was blown away by the politeness and professionalism the young workers here have! Other places need to take a lesson from this place! Food I ordered was also very fresh and tasty! Will definitely be back again soon! Went through drive-though to pick up dinner for my family. Every employee was pleasant, upbeat, and helpful. It seems they must have a good culture from management down to new hires and have good training in place. Food was good and staff was awesome!
If you’ve ever been to Chick-fil-A, you know that this is a different kind of fast food experience. They hire a lot of young worker, but their customer service, speed, and order accuracy is unmatched in the fast food world. Their lobby had fresh small bouquets of flowers at every table and we were served with smiles. They can handle an incredibly long drive thru line with ease. And they offer a solid number of calorie-conscious options. Love it.
First time trying chick-fil-a, definitely will be coming back! they were awesome and amazing and so patient with my sister and I as we stumbled through the menu and tried too pick sauces! A+ today for everyone working! Thank you for making us feel special
food is always good, friendly staff. my last 2 visits they have missed the bacon I've added and paid for. I live in Otsego, so I don't check the order til I get home. It was busy those visits, so I've shrugged it off. I'm sure they'll make it right on my next visit.
First time ever at a chick fil a and let me tell ya!! Most friendly place ever they covered our meal and also gave us something for our new born!! They welcomed us with open arms hands down best service I've ever experienced anywhere thanks guys/gals!!
