Went to pick up 1 coffee order that had been placed 15 minutes prior. Had three employees working and waited for 15 minutes with no coffee. They were doing everything else besides making my coffee. I was shocked. I literally just walked out. Call my bank for failure to provide services. 30 minutes and three people can't make 1 single coffee. Something is seriously wrong with this place. I was polite and everything.
Always fast and friendly haven't been there for like a month or so because of how cold it's been but on my breaks I love going there and picking up my mobile orders otherwise great space to do coffee dates and hangouts lobby is always clean definitely will come back for years to come
I think its absurd to for you to ask for gratuity charges,,flat out pan handling,,,if you dont tip you dont get your coffee bean with a mocha,, shame on you caribou.... give me a dollar just for getting one of your expensive coffees

Not bad! I liked the fact that there is indoor seating. The coffee is always great! My favorite is a chi tea with skim. Iced it hot!
Only open for drive thru on date visited. Didn't have anyway to know of this until I read the note on the door. Wasted my time trying to find a place to work from.

Caribou is the best coffee hands down especially for those who love sweet and flavorful
Very disappointed I use to come to to this caribou every morning and they made my turtle mocha perfect today I bought two iced turtle mochas and it was white with chocolate on the bottom it literally tastes like milk I hope it was just someone getting trained in but I couldn’t believe it milk with chocolate on the bottom what it tastes and looks like.. not sure if I will be recommending this caribou anymore
